REPAIR/ MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS, SECURITY LIGHTS, GARDEN LIGHTS, FLOOD LIGHTS, HIGH MAST LIGHTS AND ALLIED WORKS AT ZONE D AREA, OMC, 3 RPD, NCC AND ADJOINIG AREA UNDER GE (EAST) MATHURA

Taking down unserviceable LED street / security /flood light fittings of any type / wattage / make etc fitted on LT poles, High Mast light poles, building etc for repairing including complete dismantling, checking for repair / replacement of unserviceable parts as required and making the LED light fittings operational to give rated illumination by replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing the same at existing location or any other location as directed at site and making electrical connections with existing wire complete all as directed. Notes - (i). Cost of taking down carefully from existing position after disconnecting electric connections, sealing cable ends, bringing to MES store yard (If required for repair), is deemed to be included in this item quoted rates. (ii) Cost of supply and fixing of major items required to make the lights serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2(a) to 2(d) of this schedule. (iii). Cost of items or works not mentioned under item 2(a) to 2(c) and however required to make the lights serviceable will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item. (iv) Contractor shall be responsible for done day to day repair / Maint works as per schedule and directed by Engr-in-Charge alongwith all necessary required Tool & Plant & vehicle (for timely repair) so that make a functional all security / street lights in the station without any any extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light fitting capacity 30/45/70 Watt make and specification as installed at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Electronic LED driver suitable for LED street light / flood light fitting capacity 90/100/150/200 Watt make and specification as installed at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Surge protection device suitable for LED Street light/flood light any wattage complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/maint of High Mast light poles complete dismantling, checking for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts as required including greasing of motor, chain, checking of rope etc.and making the high mast lights operational to replacing unserviceable spare parts and refixing the same at existing location and making electrical connections with existing wire complete all as directed. Notes - (i). Cost of supply and fixing of major items required to make the High Mast poles serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of this schedule. (ii) All T&P used for lowering/raising of High Mast lights/fittings etc are included in quotated rate.

Supply and fixing in replacemnt of sheet moulding compound junction box shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof , front openable type for single phase, two wire rating of size 250x200x105mm complete with one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete. Make - Sintex or equivalent in Hensel/ABB / Power System & Controls.

Supply and fix in replacement single phase of 5KW of automatic street light switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURAL SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level, required illumiance level for switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for switching off ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitable power contractor of 20 to 25 Amps current rating. incomming MCB and outgoing MCBs of 20-25 Amps and auto- manual (sensor By pass), size of circuit should be multistranded FRLS min size of 10 Sqmm, selection operation should be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof termite proof and FR grade special mounting compound (Sintex made SMC junction box) conforming to IP 54. complete all as specified

Supply & fixing in replacemet multifunctional digital timer swith with inbuilt function for switching on / off street lights according to the rising / setting of the sun with combination function according to astronomical time and / or fixed preset times complete with all connection to existing panel as per directed & complete testing . Make :- Legrand as per Cat Part No 4126 54 or equivalent L&T / C&S / Havells

Supply & fixing Automatic Security light control panel having sheet steel enclosure power coated CRCA sheet suitable for three phase,6 KW rating, outdoor installation,floor mounted, IP 54 protected including making all connections and grouted in PCC of type B-1 (1:2:4) with foundation should be 100mm above ground level complete with comprising of the following switch gears:- (i) MCB TPN 40Amp rating -01No (ii) Multifunctional Digital Timer Switch - 01 Nos (ii) Contactor with nominal current rating 32Amp TP (iii) Outgoing MCB SP with Suitable rating - 03 Nos (iv) Auto/manual switch (v) Incoming and outgoing terminal suitable for three phase supply.

M&L for scraping, scretching, cleaning the old paint, preparation of the surface for repainting. Painting LT 9 Mtr long PCC pole in Black & White strip 30 Cm a part alternaterly up to 1.5Mtr height from ground level with synthetic enmel paint, writing pole Nos. & applying one coat of snowcem on PCC muff & remaining portion of the pole all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
