CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, MANHOLES AND REAPIRS TO BOUNDRY WALLS, REPAIR TO GATES, CERTAIN FLOOR TILES, WALL TILES AND WINDOWS ETC FOR CE RND AND DMDE AREAS UNDER AGE B/R -II SECUNDRABAD

Cleaning of Septic tanks of 150 users capacity by dewatering mechanically all the water, taking out the sludge/night soil, cleaning the chocked inlets, outlets of septic tanks, removing all the sludge outside MD land, complete all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e., branch sewer line, main sewer line etc., by ridding and cleaning/dislodging of manholes of any section and depth mechanically using super jetting machine or by suitable means as ordered and making the sewage line functional, cleaning the trap, water closet, soil, waste/vent pipe, gully traps up to final drop out let into first manhole/septic tanks and removing the sludge/foreign material and depositing the same outside the MOD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Tentative quantities required to be cleaned per month shall be as under:- (a) 100mm bore sewage line -500 Metre (b) 150mm bore sewage line -1500 Metre (c) 200mm bore sewage line -1000 Metre (d) Manholes of any size - 550 Nos (e) Trap/water closet/Urinals -650 Nos The above mentioned quantities may be varied at the descretion of Engineer- in -charge as per requirement and nothing extra shall be claimed on this account.

Note :- (i) Adequate precautions and safely measures shall be taken while working under foul conditions and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints from complaint cell in job cards (as per specimen attached as Annex ‘A’) from the concerned JE on all days and the complaint shall be attended & rectified by the contractor on priority depending on the nature & urgency of complaint. The job card shall be returned to JE on completion of the complaint and duly signed by the User/Occupant . If the contractor or his representative fail to collect the complaints from the complaint cell on daily basis, a penal recovery of Rs.2500/day shall be recovered from the RAR/bill due to contractor.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 mtr in width and not exec 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as directed

All as per Sl item No. 3 here-in-before but depth exe 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of pipe 200 mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipe 200 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they laid and tested including demolition of old concrete and removing debris outside of MOD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including necessary from work. complete all as directed.

M&L for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out existing old existing pipe complete all as directed

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including demolition of concrete, complete all as directed.

Retuning, filling in, including spreading levelling , watering and wall ramming in laying not exec 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs but not exceeding 1.50 km complete all as directed.

M&L for pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, set in cement mortar (1:4) for manholes including necessary demolition of old broken RCC cover, slabs and form work complete all as directed. Note:- Reinforcement required will be measured & paid for separately.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as directed.

Demolition Brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' old size Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/Stone or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry but except stones un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random rubble masonry coursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:3.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed

M&L Preparation new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surface and applying two coats of exterior antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. S&F Non skid joint less colored ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick size 300x300 mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match and laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified incl dismantling of old tiles all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colored tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colored cement over 15mm thick rendering or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 and incl dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for light colored vitrified tiles of any design and pattern, 600x600x9 to 10mm thick, as in floor and skirting etc incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B1b with average water absorption between 0.08% to 3%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.20% (Max Deviation). Breaking strength 1200 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects including dismantling existing tile work with screed bed. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE .Complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.27 above but as in skirting and vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colored cement laid over 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tile work with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment and washing with water and applying two coats of exterior antifungal acrylic emulsion paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls/ ceiling, washing with water and applying two coats of OBD paint as per manufacturers instructions one coat of putty 1.5mm thick to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.
