S&F in repairs floor door stopper 140mm overall length of cover plate with aluminium alloy body and toughs anosised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floors complete all as speicifed and directed.

S&F in repairs Mild steel springs for doors 300mm ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame and including 50 mm parapet coping all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position as in roofs,floors (other than ground floor), beams, landing, chajjas, chimney and similar suspended work all as specified and directed.

Repair to balcony/Facia and soffit of chajjas etc by taking down old rendering 20 to 25mm thick to match with the existing thickness in CM 1:3 and hacking clearly the edges and corners smooth and rounded for new plastered area exceeding 30sqm in width or girth complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforeced) in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick (above or below ground) all as specified and directed.

Providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth course, cills, steps, string course, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates etc similar articles set in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT Bar 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding, with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than steel wire 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and confirming to FE 410-S and 310-0) all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing brick work or stone/boulder built in lime mortar or cement mortar including all coins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tile 300 x 200 x 7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over including 20mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Size of Kota Stone slab shall be 52 cm x 52 cm).

Ditto all as per item No 43 here-in-above but in skirting\ dado complete.

Vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa Pattern" size 580x440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe), with CI 'P' trap of long arm of suitable size including connection to flush pipe,anti symphonic pipes etc fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve float and handle including brackets & PVC bend pipe 90 cm long etc, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directetd.
