Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 2.5 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bitumen 7 sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 4mm dia galvanised iron wire fitted with nut bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better rough finished flat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts piers, columns and stanchions and similar works (Square, rectangular or polygonal) rough finished complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams, etc. and similar works rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as flat roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Dismantling of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, in any description including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work (old serviceable bricks obtained from dismantled item shall be reused ) straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks (old size ), straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall using Fly Ash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies (measured solid) including all moulding but excluding frame and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for internal plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster (1:1/2:2) (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Grooves shall be measured & paid separately

Material and labour for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for damp proof coating system with single component ready on Rising damp area, Preparaing the surface thoroughly brush and clean all laitance, loose particles such as dirt, grease, mortar droppings, release agents, efflorescence, bird droppings etc. all large voids or hollow portions must be removed and replastered. Non-moving cracks having width upto 5 mm must be filled with polymer based crack filler, after prepared the surface applying the first coat of Hydamp with paint brush directly on the prepared surfaces. Allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs. Apply one part of Roff Hydamp and 2 parts of OPC white cement and make the putty, apply putty on the entire surface area. Allow it to dry for atleast 3-4 hours.Apply the final coat of Roff Hydamp on the entire surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC columns, beams and slab etc. (with mix minimum cement content of 350 Kg per Cum). Concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) incl the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl chipping of unsound/week concrete material 50mm average thickness from slabs, beams/columns etc with mannual chiesels or standard power driven per cussion type or of approved make incl tapping of all edges, make square shoulder of cavities incl cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and throughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removel of rust by applying approved rust removed chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer @ 6 Sqm per Litre at DFT of 100 micron as per specification, applying the SBR Latex based bonding agent on each layer of the shootcreting work of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP on the entire surface complete all as directed including 5mm thick cement plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used modified cement slurry non shrinks compound in concrete/RCC work. Made with recommended by the manufacture into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of GE. Note :- The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.

Supply and fixing Hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia and rawl plugs fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built, in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 as required (Superficial area not exceeding 150 Sqcm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames of size 125 x 60mm (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing only butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, and making good the wall with plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames of size 105 x 60mm (thickness of sheet shall be 1.25mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing only butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, and making good the wall with plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of pressed steel door frame/chowkhat and bed block for fixing of hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel (two panels) inserts of 9mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick made out of 2nd class hard wood kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., but divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauze etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frame of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate door frame moulded with two resistant grade unsaturated polyester plain and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Material and labour for providing kitchen cabinet and cubboard in required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick PVC sheet (prelam) having one side decorative laminated sheet (for shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves etc). All the edges of shutter and front exposed edge of partition/shelves shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape as per manufacturer. Including all required fixing material such as SS brackets, screws, adhesive etc., including taking out old any type cabinet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The area of each sheet (shutter, back side of cabinet, sides of cabinet, partition and shelves) shall be measured in sqm for payment. (ii) Magnetic catcher, handles, continuous Piano hinges and PVC frame (where required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (iii) Any other material required for making/fixing/hanging of cabinet shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Frame shall be elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinges, medium weight 100 mm size fixed with steel screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges heavy duty type B-21 including screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium tower bolt 150 mm size fixed with steel screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Stainless steel solid body fancy type peg set of six and fixed in position with steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frame, made out of aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for doors, window, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fasteners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The weight of each section shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after the actual weight at site.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window shutter and ventilator shutter side hung type without sash, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/mtr (1.50 to 1.80 mm thk), powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings (each shutter) such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No.), and nesecarry assecories as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Aluminium chowkhat frame and Glass shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply & fixing aluminium sliding window three track with frame & two glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass tinted modi guard and one shutter with stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31 mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperture 1.61 mm using aluminium powder coated section (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including approved fittings like aluminium cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle lock, rubber beading etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Size of aluminium section of make Jindal main-2010 or equivalent in make mentioned in Appx A to PSS-II (Equivalency approved by GE) shall be as under :- (i) Three track top and vertical - Section No 20621. (ii) Three track bottom - Section No 20620 (iii) Shutter vertical section - Section 20604 (iv) Shutter top and bottom - Section 20604 (v) Shutter vertical middle (interlock) - Section 20605 (vi) Cost of Glass and wire cloth shall be included in the unit rate.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre 300mm apart including drilling depth of holes not less than 300mm and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor for leveling course, surface finished rough complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as per any of the following method complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge/GE. :- Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications.

(B) Bore Packing : All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement.

Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 300mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.

Note : (i) Work shall be executed through specialized agency (ii) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufactures instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from CWE before carrying out the work. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. (iii) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately. Make : Method 1 (Asian paint)/ Method 2 (Dr fixit) or Techno commercial equivalent in Fosroc/Sika/STP

The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. The DBs shall be of IP-42 protection class, including taking down unserviceable old DB any type including MCB etc and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- MCB’s shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 250 Amp rated bus bar) TPN, 4 Way, suitable for mounting Isolator/MCB, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto electric equipment, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts. Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / under hard standing /along poles and testing, Cross linked Polyethylene (XLPE) LT Cable, XLPE Insulated, PVC inner sheathed, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 with upto date amendments, including taking out old unserviceable cable any size complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, boring/cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Material and labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork and MS clamp as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Supply and fixing in replacement GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/walls or laid in trenches, under road for cable protection including fittings (elbow, tee, socket etc) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork and MS clamp as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Taking up or down existing galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 40mm bore including fitting/connection from trench, wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 40mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. laid in trenches or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 40mm bore iron pipes including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Material and labour for cutting of road/floor etc any type upto 45cm width and depth for laying of cable/pipe, after that returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers upto 30cm in soft/loose soil and hardcoer and top layer 15cm thick filling by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to match the existing level of road/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring hole/Excavation by trenchless technology for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding using trenchless boring machine or by means of manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 50mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
