Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified.

Providing and laying 4mm (-0.2/+0.3) thick APP with mineral finish (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 5.6 Kg/sq.m water proofing membrane mineral finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps over the coat, 4mm th 5 layered APP membrane mineral finish shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Tensile strength in longitueinal and transverse direction as 600±150/400±150 N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 200 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 145 degree (iii) Penetration @25 C d 15-25mm (iv) Water Tightness 10 kPa (v) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old/existing steel and iron surfaces of any description by applying sand paper and then applying one coat of duco primer and then applying two coats of duco putty with interval of 2-3 hours and then again sanding with emary paper 150 & water and then clean and then finally applying two coats of spray duco paints by use of mechanical means/gun complete all as specified.

Refixing of cast iron 4 way junction/tee/bends of any description/size/shape etc including cement jointing after painting with two coats of paint and cleaning and taking down as in repair complete all as specified.

M & L for dummy joints/construction joints 8mm x 10mm as in PCC floors filled with polyurethane elastic adhesive/sealant (white/grey colour) of approx density 1.3 kg/litre complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:1 1/2:3 using 6 to 10 mm graded stone aggregates including form work and scafolding as in repair of arcc roof scanttling/battens/beams/channels etc n exc 400 mm girth incuding chipping of unsound weak concrete / cover of reinforcement or as per site requirement by chieseling maximum upto 75mm depth and disposal of malwa from site and smooth finishing with 5mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting down plants/trees/bushes of girth not exc 15 cm from roof tops/sides, externals walls of building, chajja wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI/ Soil waste/ Vent pipes including taking out roots entered into walls/slab surfaces, then spraying the affected area with solutions of 25 ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 ltr of water or as per manufacture's instructions & making good the surface using PCC (1:2:4), type BO or cement mortar 1:3 as per site requirement with necessary scaffolding/stagging etc. any height from ground level, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- 1. Any PVC pipes, brick works damaged during the execution of the work shall be replaced with new one to ensure leak/seepage free joint. 2. The width of such wk will be measured 0.50 sq.m extra beyond roots of the plants.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & four out goings three phase )for MCCB,ISOLATOR&MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 10 KA IHLGSF0100 =01 NO as incoming (Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of MDS-LOADKONTAKT/Havells - CAT PART – DHDLVDRWG0F004 or equivalent L&T , ABB . (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(1v) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.
