Earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils exceipt hard rock requiring blasting with intial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layers of 15cm thick watering, ramming, depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (s2), VII 9,10

Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix (one part cement, Four part sand Eight part aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V, VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10 stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists) of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all material to site etc., complete complying with standard specification. Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One part Cement one and half part sand and three part aggregate) using 20mm size I.S.S metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour chages etc.,mixing laying consolidating curring etc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS NO: 30 V. VI (S3) VII-3

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in C.M. 1:5 mix (one part of cement and five part of Sand) 12mm tk including mixing and finishing to a well smoothened surface, watering cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification TNBPSS 56,57

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
