Dismantling of existing road granular crust Granular Material (WMM and GSB) up to 450mm thick and disposal of dismantled materials stacking serviceable and unserviceable material with all lead and lifts respectively

Providing Precast R.C.C. grating with frame 300x300 mm horizontal grating in concrete chambers, including the cost of R.C.C. Grating, Transportation and Installation at site up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying RCC Slab of drain cover size (1.0mx0.5mx0.15m) at the missing slab portions of drain, including the cost of concreting, shuttering, reinforcement and transporting and to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical clause 503 of MORTandH specifications

Providing and laying 40mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 40 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications

Providing and laying 80mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 40 @ 4.0% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORTandH specifications

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per technical clause 406 of MORTandH specifications

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORTandH specifications.

Recovery Item- Credit of unusable material received from Granular material, 80% of obtained material (deduction) The Quantites of the above material have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However agency may visit before quoting rates and asses the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual scarifying / milling and if material after milling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of qouted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency qoutes lesser than reserve price. The price qouted against the recovery material shall have minimum reserve price of 633.00/- per cum).

Recovery- Credit of Steel reinforcement of 80% length for R.C.C. work recovered from exsiting drain available at site, where not included in the complete rate of RCC dismantle, Complete as per Engineer in charge. The Quantites of the above material have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However agency may visit before quoting rates and asses the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual scarifying / dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of qouted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. Recovery- Credit of Kerb Stone (The amount computed by rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. kerb stones obtained from dismantling of existing median, islands has been calculated taking assumption that 70% of existing kerb stones will be retrieved and can be reused by the contractor at any other site. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price. The price quoted against the recovery of existing kerb stones shall have minimum reserve price of Rs. 2226/- per cum.)
