Dismantling carefully the existing LT overhead line ACSR of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable insulator of any type complete from its position and removing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable existing cross arms made from channels, angles and unserviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc from OH line and removing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing LT steel tubular poles carefully of any size and type from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, demolition of concrete, disconnecting conductor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 (Part I) using MS stay rod 20mm dia, including clamps made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat, MS galvansied stay plate 300mmx 300mm x 6mm and galvanised thimble including insulator 90x140mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 m on both side of the OH line, pole & stay with JCB, cutter and all tools, plants etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid (ii) Contractor shall take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if any breakdown of line is caused during punning the same shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost. (iii) Prunning of tree shall be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iv) The contractor shall ensure the proper safety of the tradesmen to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 9 m long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of botton portion up to 1.8 m length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work , foundation concrete and PCC coping shall be measured and paid separately) under relevant of item of this BOQ

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100mm height and 115mm dia including two nos of galvanised steel strip of size 31x5mm fitted with 14mm dia bolts and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for restringing of LT over head line consisting of 4/5/6 conductors retrived from ser item No-01 (here-in-before) by repairing the damged ACSR wherever required including cutting, re-joining and restringing in, with proper sag, binding to insulator with and including aluminium binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Only good and serviceable conductor shall be used, unserviceable conductor will be credited to contractor under schedule of credit. (ii) Rate of transportation of conductor from one site to another site is included in the quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (Weasel/ Ferret) for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (a)jumper on cutout point/2 pole structer/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeve. (b) Rate is inclusive of jumpers materials & tree branch cutting to make a safe distance from over head line)

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation ,etc or for shafts, wells , cesspits, main holes etc.n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out on soft/ lose soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 13 (here-in-before) but hard/ dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm, any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials(soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & lay HDPE pipe 75mm bore for laying of LT cables with all accessores etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair of LT Panel board of any size with replacing the unserviceable MCCB,MCB,switch fuse unit , change over ,Busbar,etc jointing cable with proper lugs ,nuts , bolts and washers, cleaning the panel by using of CRC Soluation and repairing the panel door by using hinges and repairing the lock system, welding etc painting the LT Panel with one coat of primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) MCCB,MCB,Switch fuse unit and change over switch measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ (ii) Labour for MCCB, MCB, Switch fuse unit and change over switch will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ (iii)Rate of new Busbar, lugs,CRC Solution,nuts,bolts, painting etc and washers are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA and connecting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Make : Legrand Cat Part No DPX3 160,420003 or its equvalent in L&T/Siemens.

All as per item No 36 (here-in-before) but 40 Amps MAKE: Lagarand Cat Part No DPX3 160 420002 or its equvalent in L&T/Siemens.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB DP, 40 Amps with 10 KA breaking / rupturing capacity including neccssary connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE: Legrand Cat Part No DX3MCBs 408637 or its equvalent in L&T/Siemens.

All as per item No 38 (here-in-beofre) but 20 Amps MAKE: Legrand Cat Part No DX3MCBs 408634 or its equvalent in L&T/Siemens.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB, SP, 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA breaking / rupturing capacity capacity including necessary connection with suitable size of copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in for replacement rewirable switch fuse unit,of sheet metal , triple pole and neutral, 415 Volts grade, 32 Amps capcity including neccssary connection with suitable size of copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.MAKE: CAT No#DTPN032 OF Indoasian .or its Equvalent.in L&T/Legrands/Siemens.

All as Per item No 41 (here-in-before) but 63 Amps capcity . MAKE: CAT No #DTPN063 OF Indoasian or its Equvalent.in L&T/Legrands/Siemens.

Decanning the transformer oil from leaking transformer by opening the stop valve.Checking for leakages, arresting the leakages, replacing cork sheet gasket 5 mm thick, bushing,washer, HV/LV Road, tapchanger gasket, reassembling the transformer completely refilling transformer oil, connecting HT / LT connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . M & L for taking down carefully transformer of following capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth/ base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop minimum 30 Kms from site opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing,removing the tap changer, conservator,breather assembly, draining of oil from the transformer, lifting the core complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports / cross arms etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : (i)Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating required if will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ (ii) Insulating oil will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Painting of transformer is including of quoted rates
