Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Crushed.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form for: suspended floors, roofs, lintels etc. including attached pilliasters, butresses, plinth and string courses

Providing & Laying of reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 mix incl. curing complete but excl. centring & shuttering and reinforcement

Setting of foundation Bolts with Templates after positioning and levelling of Templates including cost of foundation bolts.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Carraige of materials from source of supply to site of work

Crushed Aggregate with a lead of avg 8 km

Sand with a lead of avg 05 km
