Dismantling RCC posts or struts any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame area) n exc 1.5 Sqm each.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc. 1.5 but not exc 4sqmSqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) complete all as specified

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 10mm/12mm dia MS round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exc 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F anodized aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodized aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 100mm, 4 Levers with escutcheon plates & two keys fixed in aluminium frame complete all as specified. Make :- Godrej / Harrison / Link

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete of Gde E-165(Fe 290), drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering including necessary welding etc and fixing in position complete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/pedestal of poles including providing necessary form work for fair finished exposed concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls finished even & smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement complete, all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in damp proof course on horizontal surface using water proofing compound including necessary formwork. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed. Note : - Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under relevant item of this Schedule.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide & fixed in position as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L factory made 80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as Specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) (Ist quality), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
