Dismantling brick work or stone work and cement concrete in cement mortar and including stacking of material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete including stacking of material including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc complete

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil i/c all lift & lead and i/c back filling ,watering & ramming of exavated earth in to tranch or in to the space between the structure & the side of foundation tranches or in to the plinth with removal & disposal or surplus earth as dircted by Engg.-in-Charge.

Earth work in Filling or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of irregular pits and earth work in embankments to be in 29 cm. layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels, sloopes and also including all lift and all lead. The earth from cutting to be used in macking embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 39 metre distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering for RCC/RB work including cost of centering & shuttering material, labour and T & P required for proper completion of the work for slab ,lintels ,sun shades,columns & walls etc.

Providing and laying C.C. (A-20M15)(1:2:4) including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete.

Providing and laying R.C.C. (A-20M25)(1:1:2) including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete.

Supplying and laying TMT Steel bar reinforcement (Fe-550D) including removal of rust, cutting, bending, binding, placement with proper overlapping, providing chairs etc. required.The item includes cost of all material, labour charges, providing & binding with 24 BWG binding wire, T&P, taxes etc. required for proper completion of the required work.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. pipe 100mm dia & 6Kg./cm Sq. I.S.I. Mark including all cost of materials, T&P and labour etc.

Providing & laying 1st class (M-150) Brick work pitching in 1:4 with cement mortar including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete.

Distempring two coat with oil bound distemper of approval brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to given an even shade an including a priming coat cement primenr of approved brand and manufecture such as barger,j&n,asian paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials labour and T&P etc complete.

Painting Latter including cost of material for writing chainage of vrb & name i/c cost of material labour and T&P etc complete.

Providing and fixing of (30x90 cm left/right Object Hazard) retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete

Removing Bandha etc. including all lift and all lead with ramming and dressing, proper completion of work .
