Earthwork excavation in hard stiff clay black cotton hard red earth shale's murram gravel stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil including all cost of lead lift etc complete.

Earth work excavation in soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m

Earth work excavation in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m

Supplying and fixing RCC 1:1.5:3 route indicator slab as per type design drawing thickness of slab 7.50 cm including earth work excavation concrete fixing making necessary grooves for letter pressing with painting of letters etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools and plants etc., complete

Supplying and Providing of Winch, steel wire drum, cable drum stand, rollers, ramp and other T&P 's required for laying to the work site by engaging lorry and crane for site including Equipment cost,T&P cost,loading and unloading etc (No material will be supplied from department stores.) Positioning of winch , D.G.set and others rollers for cable laying on a day before laying and dismantling and resting of rollers in rollers boxes after completion of laying.

Laying of 3NOS. 1X630 Sq.mm 110KV XLPE UG cable in trench and duct by means of winch over rollers , dressing the cable in trefoil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals.The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side,tools & plants, labour consumables,lead,lift etc., complete.

Providing barricade arrangement wherever necessary with 5 cm to 8cm dia casurina vertical post andhorizontal runners (vertical post every 1.0 m c/c for anover all height 1.5m driven 0.30m into the ground +1.20m projected above ground level) and horizontal runners in 3 rows cost of all materials, cutting to size taking pits, not to affect the flow of traffic and movement of public transporting to worksite including lead, lift, lift, etc., complete. Note: The barricade have to be removed and refixed twice, for cutting the trench and secondly for removing the dumped earth for laying the cable and the bidder rate shall provide for such operation - 1Rm.

Supplying and laying the warning grid tape to cover the entire Width of the trench including transporting, cutting and pasting the same with required adhesive etc. complete

Providing Shoring and Strutting using necessary Country Wooden Planks 40mm thick and 8cm to 10cm dia. Casurina,vertical posts at every 300mm C/C of 1.80m height duly anchored 300mm into the ground for firm support including placing and making the two rows of planks of top and bottom and one middle row of casurina with strutt arrangements at top so as to afford easy laying as cables. The rate shall also include necessary storage charges for the casurina and Country Wooden Planks at suitable place so as not to affect the traffic and movement of public transporting them to work spot lead lift besides the cost of materials etc., complete. ( Any other improved method of shoring and strutting is also accelptable to TANTRANSCO. But at no extra cost to TANTRANSCO )

Supplying and laying of wooden platform for public convenience to cross over the trench including cost of all transportation making and placing wherever required, labour lead and lift etc,complete as per the direction of Engineer at site.

SSupplying & laying of 160 mm Diameter PVC pipe including all materials required for fixing in position, lead, lift labour etc. including labour for transporting the pipes, cutting and jointing the pipe, tying with 7/20 SWG G.I. wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing white rubber sheet of size 0.50mx0.30m, 3mm tk. for encasing the 160mm dia PVC pipes at duct ends including cost of all materials, lead, Lift, labour, etc., complete.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Trenchless cutting - Trenchless crossing including cost of pipe-Horizontal directional drilling. (Supply and laying of HDPE piple of 200mm dia wall thickness 10mm with spigot and socket end by trenchless method 2m to 3m below the ground level without affecting any rail way installations and other service lines. The rate includes the provision of drive pit, entrypit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method trying and providing 7/20 SWG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the end by end cover etc., complete or any other suitable method as the site condition may warrant as approved by the Engineer at site. All the T&P ie., machinery, labour, and materiasa re to be provided by the contractor (Tenderer)).
