Material & labour for construction of valve pit chamber having internal dimensions 900mmx900mmx900mm in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggrgate for foundation of 150mm thick, 150mm wide offses around over 100mm thick hard core, 200mm thick PCC solid block walls in cement mortar 1:4, PCC coping 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth, rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement internally all round and externally upto 300mm from top including fabrication of MS cover embedded to chamber, using 45x45x5mm angle iron,MS plate of size 1200mmx1200mm and 3.00mm thick,handle made out of flat iron of size 25x4mm, butt hinges heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel of size 125mm-2Nos,including painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
