BED PLY WOOD TOP (FD- 213 & 246):- (a) M&L for taking out old damaged/unserviceable head rest of Bed ply top and S&F new head rest of same size as original, duly fixed 3.5mm thick One side teak faced and other side commercial ply wood to the head board including preparation of wooden surface and applying Two coats of high gloss french polish on newly fixed head rest to match with existing surface complete as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-1(a) above but unsv foot rest complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

(c) M&L for taking out old damaged/unserviceable long rails of bed plywood top and S&F new long rails made of 1st class hard wood (MP teak) of size as shown on drawing and providing Two coats of high gloss french polish after preparation of wooden surface as on new long rail, complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) M&L for taking out old unserviceable plywood top from bed and S&F new Plywood of same size 12mm thick commercial type BWR of size as shown on drawing complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR DINING (FD- 16, 279, 228, 203, FD/MAP-II/04):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unserviceable front legs of chair dining and S&F new front legs of same shape & size, made of 1st class hard wood (MP teak) and providing Two coats of french polish high gloss, after preparation of wooden surface of new legs to match the colour with existing chair complete all as per shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-2(a) above but rear leg complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No-2(a) above but Side rails complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) All as per item No-2(a) above but rear rails complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR W/B W/O ARMS (FD- 225 & 56 (M)):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unserviceable front leg of chair W/B W/O Arms and S&F new front leg of same shape & size, made of 1st class hard wood (MP teak) and providing Two coats of french polish high gloss, after preparation of wooden surface of newly leg to match the colour with existing chair complete all as per shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-4(a) above but rear leg complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No-3(a) above but side rails complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CANNING OF MISC WOODEN FURNITURE (FD- 15, 16, 17, 20, 201, 203, 205, 228, 229, 250, 279 & 280):- Taking out existing worn out cane plastic from seat and back of misc type of chairs and supply & recanning the same in existing design in Godrej pattern with new white halfround plastic cane 2mm wide oval shape half round thick for weaving and 3mm wide oval shape half round thick for bordering, complete all as shown in drawings and as specified or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

STOOL DRESSING CB FD-282, FD-27(M) (a) M&L for taking out old unsv/broken legs of Stool Dressing CB and S&F new legs of same shape & size as original made of 1st class hard wood (MP teak). New legs shall be provided with Two coats of french polish high gloss after preparation of wooden surface of new legs with existing colours complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-7(a) above but side rail of Stool Dressing CB complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No-7(a) above but short rail of Stool Dressing CB, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) All as per item No-7(a) above but center stiffener of Stool Dressing CB complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER (FD- 281 & 373):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unserviceable arms of Sofa set 4/5 seater and S&F new arms of same shape & size made out of 1st class hard wood (MP teak) and providing Two coats of french polish high gloss, after preparation of wooden surface of new arms to match with existing colour complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-8(a) above but broken front leg complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No- 8(a) above but broken rear leg complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) All as per item No- 8(a) above but broken rails of single seater sofa complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) All as per item No- 8(a) above but broken long rail of piece 3 seater sofa complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) M&L for removing old unsv foam cushion with tapestry cloth of existing Sofa set and supply & providing new 100 mm thick cool foam cushion 32 density of size 520x560mm duly covered with long cloth and best quality of leatherite rexin cloth/tapestry cloth of approved quality, complete all as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

SIDE BOARD (FD- 241 & 26(M)):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unserviceable leg of side board and S&F new same shape & size made of 1st class hard wood (MP teak) of suitable size including preparation of new surfaces and applying Two coats of french polish high gloss on new legs and fixed to match the colour with existing polished surface complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-9(a) above but front and long stiffener complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No-9(a) above but side stiffener complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) All as per item No-9(a) above but side complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) Taking out old unsv drawers of Table writing and S&F new drawer made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior gde one side teak face and other side White lamination 1st class teak wood for sides and back and 6mm thick commercial plywood for bottom of drawer shall be provided including S&F new CP Knob 40mm aproved quality and steel lock with duplicate keys 4 lever, complete all as shown in drawings or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv top of Table writing and S&F new table top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior gde, one side teak face and other side White lamination including all round teak wood beading 3mm x18mm size fixed with adhesive and pannel pins duly providing Two coats of french polish high gloss, after preparation wooden surfaces. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed.

TABLE BED SIDE (FD- 28, 248, 276 & 210):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv side of Table Bed Side and S&F new side of Table Bed Side made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior gde, one side teak face and other side White lamination bottom shall be provided 3mm x18mm teak wood beading fixed with adhesive and pannel pins Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed.

(b) All as per item No-16(a) above but broken top of suitable size complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

(b) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv top of Table 3'x3' (Dining) and S&F new table top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior gde one side teak face and other side White lamination duly providing teak wood beading 3mm x18mm all round the top fixed with adhesive and pannel pins. Also applying Two coats of french polish high gloss, after preparation wooden surfaces of the table. Complete all as shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD- 230):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv looking mirror of Table Dressing Gents and S&F new looking mirror 5mm thick of suitable size. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-Mirror should be of Modi guard/Saint Gobain

LOCKER BED SIDE WOODEN (FD- 222 & 54(M)):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv side of Locker Bed Side Wooden and S&F new side of suitable size made of 18mm thick block board BWR gde, including providing Two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke/Grey colout to match colour painted. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) All as per item No-20(a) above but broken/unsv top of Locker Bed Side Wooden suitable size. Complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge.

(c) All as per item No-20(a) above but broken/unsv shutter of Locker Bed Side Wooden S&F new shutter for locker and long with piano type continous hinges including 3mm thick teak wood edging all around the shutter be provided Two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke/Grey colour on shutters. Complete all as specified and shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) M&L for taking out unsv back ply of Locker Bed Side Wooden and S&F new back ply made out 6mm thick commercial ply wood BWR gde including providing Two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke Grey colour after preparation of surfaces, complete all as shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(e) M&L for taking out unsv/broken bow handle from shutter of Locker bed side and S&F new 100mm aluminium bow handle on shutter, complete all as shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(f) M&L for taking out unsv/broken haps & staple and S&F new aluminum Haps & staple 75mm and fixed on shutter of locker bed side for locking purpose.

TABLE COMPUTER (TP):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv top of Table Computer and S&F new table top of shame shape and size made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior gde One side with approved shade and balancing White lamination on other side including all round teak wood beading 3mm x18mm size fixed with adhesive and pannel pins also providing Two coats of french polish high gloss, on beading. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed.

(b) M&L for taking out broken/unsv key board, mouse tray and drawer with channel and S&F new key board tray, mouse tray and drawers with new sliding steel channel as suitable size, made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior gde One side teak face and other side White balancing lamination also providing all round teak wood beading 3mm x18mm size fixed with adhesive and pannel pins Two coats of french polish high gloss, on beading. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) M&L for preparation of steel surface of MS square pipe frame of computer table and providing Two coats of synthetic enamel paint, colout as approved. Complete all as shown in drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

BOOK CASE OPEN SMALL (FD-355 & 237):- (a) M&L for taking out old unsv top of Book Case Open Small and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior gde One side teak face and other side White balancing including all round teak wood beading 3mm x18mm size fixed with adhesive and pannel pins also applying Two coats of french polish after preparation of wooden surfaces. Complete all as shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

HAT STAND WITH MIRROR (FD- 206 & 361):- (a) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv front 4mm thick commercial ply wood and S&F new front made out of 4mm thick commercial plywood One side teak face fixed with frame providing Two coats of french polish, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) M&L for taking out old broken/unsv back ply of Hat Stand with Mirror and S&F new back ply wood made of 4mm thick commercial plywood BWR gde same shape and size and fixed in back of the frame complete as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) M&L for taking out defective/unsv mirror of Hat stand and S&F new mirror 5mm thick of size 300x440mm also provided teak wood beading made of shape as show in drg duly provided with two coats of french polish high gloss complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

POLISHING TO WOODEN FURNITURE:- M&L for preparation of old polished surface of wood and wood based material by rubbing down the old polish from wooden surfaces with sand paper, removing pluck marks with wooden scrapper, cleaning of dirt and stopping holes by filling putty by adding colours of required quantity to obtain the desired colour wiping old super fluous filler and allow to dry rubbing off surface with sand paper untill smooth surface is achieved, wiping off the polish from other than wooden surfaces with polish, thinner and applying french polish as per manufactures instructions till glossy finish is achived for the following furniture items, complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge. SCHEDULE 'A' PART II (STEEL FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH STEEL LARGE FD-67 (M), FD-351 FD-1031: - (a) Taking out unserviceable/broken leg from Almirah Steel Large and supply & fixing new leg made out of plain black iron sheet 1 mm thick of suitable size and welded including applying two coats olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray machine to match the adjacent surface complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable lock without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah large and supply & fixing new MS lock Godrej pattern with duplicate keys of stainless steel of size 65mm to Almirah Large Steel complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

(c) Taking out old unsv/broken handles without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah and supply & fixing new steel chromium plated handles 150 mm long of approved quality, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

(d) Taking out old unsv locking system with cover and bar and S&F new steel Almirah locking system and locking bar of 8mm dia with cover made out of 1mm MS sheet of required size and shape as per drg suitable for three way locking device and fixed with suitable size of MS screws including applying Two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as ahown in drg and as directed.

(e) Dismantling carefully and taking out old unserviceable/damaged shelf of almirah large steel and supply & fixed of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick board to required shape & size and welding the same properly in position including applying two coats of spray paints with synthetic enamel OG paint with spray painting machine internally and externally over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(f) Dismantling carefully and taking out unserviceable/damaged door single leaf of Almirah large steel and supply and fixing new door single leaf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick to the required shape and size and applying two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint internally and externally over a coat of red oxide primer spray, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

ALMIRAH STEEL MEDIUM FD-67(M), FD-243, FD-350, FD-1032:- (a) Taking out unserviceable broken leg from almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new leg made out of plain black iron sheet 1 mm thick of suitable size and welded including applying two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint with spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable lock without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new MS lock Godrej pattern Make - Godrej/Link including duplicate keys of stainless steel of size 65mm to almirah steel medium complete all as shown on drawing.

(c) Taking out old unserviceable handles without damaging the adjacent parts of almirah steel medium and supply & fixing new steel chromium plated handles 150 mm long of approved quality, complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(d) Taking out old unsv locking system with cover and bar and S&F new steel almirah locking system and locking bar 8mm dia with cover made out of 1mm thick MS sheet of required size and shape as per drg and suitable for three way locking device and fixed with suitable size of steel screws including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint with spray machine, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(e) Dismantling carefully and taking out old unserviceable/damaged shelf of almirah steel medium and supply & fixed of new shelf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick band to required shape & size and welding the same properly in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint internally and externally with spray painting machine, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(f) Dismantling carefully and taking out unserviceable/damaged door single leaf of almirah steel medium and supply and fixing new door single leaf made out of MS sheet 1mm thick to the required shape and size and applying two coats of spray paints internally and externally with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR TUBULAR STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARM FD-75(M):- (a) Removing of existing old unserviceable/broken seat of chair tubular steel and supply & fixing new seat made out of 1st class hard wood (MP Teak) frame duly canned, as Godrej patten with 2mm wide oval shape half round white plastic cane and applying two coats of high glossy French Polish with black colour and fixed the seat with new steel screws, complete and rest all as per drawing.

(b) -Ditto_ All as per item No. 28(a) above but old unserviceable back of chair tubular steel complete and rest all as per drawing or as directed.

(c) Removing of existing broken unserviceable arms of chair tubular steel with arms and supply & fixing new arm of 2nd class hard wood of suitable size and applying two coats of high glossy French Polish black colour and fixed with new steel screws complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(d) S&F MS cleats of size 25 mmx 50mmx3mm thick, and welded to the frame in position of seat of chair duly painted with two coat of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH STEEL FD-19, FD-256:- (a) Removing of old unserviceable/torn nylon newar/ plastic cane/PVC Shoes from existing chair varandah and supply & recanning with new white plastic cane 4mm wide 1/2 round of approved quality all as directed irrespective of what is shown on drawing including painting the frame with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint before recanning including S & F PVC hard rubber shoes to the legs, comlete all as directed and rest all as per drawing.

(b) Removing the existing unsv/broken MS rod and supply & fixing new 10mm MS rod through welding between back side and seat complete all as shown in drg or as directed.

CHAIR REVOLVING COMPUTER TP:- (a) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken seats of chair revolving computer and S&F new seat of approved quality and colour shape and size as original and complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(b) -Ditto- All as per item No. 30(a) above but old unserviceable back of chair revolving computer complete and rest all as per drawing or as directed.

(c) Removing old unsv/broken hydraulic system of chair computer without damaging the chair, fixing new hydraulic system of same size and shape as original of approved quality, complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(d) Removing old unsv/broken legs (Base) with caster wheels without damaging the adjacent part of chair computer and supply & fixing, the legs (Base) of same size and shape as original complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(e) Removing of old unsv/broken handle/hand rest from chair computer and S&F new leatherite covered handles of same shape and size as original or approved quality complete as shown in drg or as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLONE NEWAR FD-220:- (a) M&L for dismantling GI charpoy and removing all unsv/broken parts/accessories i.e long rail, short rail, legs,elbow and check nuts and reassembiling/tightening the same in proper dimension/workman ship, all as shown in drg or as directed. (Note - parts/accessories).

(b) M&L for dismantling old unsv/broken long rail and without damaging adjacent part S&F of new long rail made out of 32mm GI pipe med gde 1SI marked 1980mm long and threaded at both end and assembled on the frame of GI charpoy from which the unsv long rails detached, complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(c) -Ditto- All as per 31 (b) but short rail complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(d) M&L for taking out old unsv existing legs by unscrewing from charpoy GI frame without damaging adjacent part and S&F new leg made out from long rail & short rail (reterived from item No 31(b) & 31(c) here inbefore duly cut and threaded one top end up to the required length and other one provided with 2mm thick MS round sheet of size be welded inside the bottom and including S&F 02 No FI clamps of size 25x3mm to leg and treated with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(e) Removing broken/unserviceable GI check nut from charpoy GI Pipe and providing new GI check nut of 32mm dia for charpoy GI pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) M&L for taking out old unsv/broken GI Elbow from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new ISI marked 32mm dia 3 way GI Elbow med gde complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(g) S&F stiffener made out of 25 mm square MS conduit pipe of 1.25 mm wall thickness and size as per drawing, duly welded to GI pipe frame of charpoy along short span of charpoy at the place as directed by the Engineer in Charge and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

(h) S&F corner stiffener made out of 25 mm square MS conduit pipe of 1.25 mm wall thickness, size 300 mm long, duly welded to GI pipe frame of charpoy at corners and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

(j) Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe & tightening complete charpoy and supply and fix 12mm thick plywood, commercial type, BWR grade, size 1980 x 900 mm in one piece, including nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

CHARPOY FOLDING IP WITH PLYTOP (FD-388):- (a) M&L for taking out old damaged plywood top from charpoy folding IP and S&F new ply wood 12mm thick comercial BWR gde of size 7'X3' (Minimum) suitable for top and fixed on frame with new steel checknuts & bolts 60mm long with washer complete as shown in drg or as directed.

(b) M&L for preparation of steel surface and frame of charpoy IP folding with sand paper and cleaning dust applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black in colour over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as shown in drg or as directed.

LOCKER STEEL (FD-257, FD-1029):- (a) M&L for Taking out unserviceable broken legs from Locker steel and supply & fixing new leg made out of plain black iron sheet 1mm thick of suitable size welded at bottom including applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint OG over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as shown in drg of as direction.

(b) M&Lof Dismantling/Taking down old unserviceable hasp and staple without damaging the adjacent parts of locker steel and supply & fixing new mild steel chromium plated hasp and staple 100mm size complete all as specified and shown in drg or as directed.

(c) Taking out old unserviceable/broken handles without damaging the adjacent parts of Locker steel and supply & fixing new mild steel chromium plated handles 100 mm long of approved quality, complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(d) Taking out old unserviceable/broken hinges from locker without damaging the adjacent parts of locker and supply & fixing new MS hinges of 75 mm long of approved quality, complete all as shown in drg or as directed.

(e) Taking out old unsv/broken hanging rod and S&F new hanging rod made out of 20mm MS conduit pipe chromium plated of 1.25mm wall thickness of size 300mm long and complete all as shown in drg.

TABLE STEEL 3'X2' WITH/WITHOUT DRAWER (FD-1007, FD-1008):- (a) Removing of old/broken table top and supply & fixing new table top of suitable size, made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm x 18 mm size fixed with fevicol and panel pins and also provided two coats of french polish high gloss on beading complete and rest all as per drawing or as directed.

(b) Removing of old broken/unsv drawer from existing table 3’x2’ and providing new steel drawer made of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted with two coats of OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, shape and size as per original complete all as shown on drawing or as directed.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken lock from the drawer of table steel 3’x2’ and supply & fixing new brass lock, with duplicate keys as approved, complete all as shown in drawing or as directed.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84 (M), FD-1004:- (a) Removing of old/broken table top and supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4 mm x18mm size fixed with fevicol and panel pins and applying two coats of french polish high glossy as shown in drg or as directed.

(b) Removing of old broken drawer from existing table office clerk steel and providing new steel drawer made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted two coats of OG synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engr-in-Charge and rest all as per drawing.

(c ) Removing the existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table and supply & fixing new brass 6 lever lock with duplicate keys as approved complete and rest all as per drawing.

TABLE OFFICE OFFRS STEEL (FD-1003):- (a) Removing of existing unsv/broken top of table steel office offrs and S&F New table top of size 1370x760mm made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resins exterior gde, one side approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with including all around teak wood beading 4mm x 18mm size fixed with fevicol and pannel pins and duly provided two coats of french polish high glossy to the beading and also providing two coats of synthetic enamel OG paint to the frame of table office offrs steel and complete all as shown in drg or as directed.

(b) Removing of old broken/unsv drawer of table steel office offrs and S&F new drawer made out of 1mm thick PBI sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG, over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as shown in drg or as directed.(Note - Each drawer shall be measured).

(c) Removing of old unsv/broken locks from drawer and cupboard of table office offrs steel and S&F new brass lock 6 levers with duplicate keys as approved in drawers and cupboards and complete all as shown in drg or as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255):- (a) Removing of old/broken table top of teapoy verandah and supply & fixing new top of suitable size, made out of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, exterior grade, one side with approved shade and balancing with lamination on other side with and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm size fixed with adhesive and panel pins,beading shall be provide two coats of french polish high glossy complete and rest all as per drawing or as directed.

(b) M&L preparation of old steel surface of teapoy verandah and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with two coat of white synthetic enameled paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of loose weld joints of all type of steel furniture and welding at joints as per requirement or as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces (externally and internally including shelves etc) by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents and scratches, if any and filling the same with paste filler and applying two coats of Olive Green/silver synthetic enamel paint with spray machine to the following furniture items complete all as per drg and directed: - (a) Almirah Large Steel with shelves
