Material and labour for ridge or hip to suit manglore pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of batten for tiles, shingles etc of any size incl. tilting fillets exc 15cm spacing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unframed work timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any positioncomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hardwood battens for tiles clean sawn battens at 30cm centre & sectional area exc. 5Sqcm but not exc. 15Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only second class hardwood batten complete all as specified and directed. (Note - old servicable dismantled battens retrieved from srl Item No 7 shall be reused )

Supply and fix anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mm x 605mm with size of main tee 30mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and cross tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and supporting angles at the ends all along the wall 40mm x 25mm x 2mm complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Aluminium frame work considered in item No 23 above)

Supply and fix hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to iron frame work including making holes to frame work for holding GI wire etc or by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of false ceiling along with boarding of any description and refixing the same in any position by refixing dismantled anodized aluminium snap grid frame work in false ceiling laid flat or sloping along with dismantled 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on new non asbestos plain building board surfaces of ceiling including prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of white wash on old decorated non asbestos cement plain building board surfaces of ceiling incl. prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete of type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of framed trusses of any material and span not exceeding 10m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to quality 'A', Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates, steel columns, base plates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel sections in plate girder or single stanchions,built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps,bases. splices, angle brackets,cleats and other connections confirming to quality Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming quality Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for removing old exisisting water proofing treatment icluding plaster etc. completly of any description and preparation of roof surface by throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bitumenous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 3.5Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction,and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm with preparation of treated surfaces, all angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.
