Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of main receiving station 11 KV sub-station round the clock in three shift of eight hours per shift (First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by a qualified electrician and a helper (01 electrician and 01 helper in each shift). Operation and maintenance of sub-station includes the following :- (a) Operation and maintenance of HT VCB – 06 Nos (b) Operation and maintenance of HT OCB – 03 Nos (c) Operation and maintenance of HT AVR 11 KV 1250 Amps -01 Nos (d) Operation and maintenance of 11 KV Isolator – 16 Nos (e) Maintaining of 11/0.433 KV sub station – 16 Nos (f) Maintaining of earth test record complete. (g) Maintaining of power failure record. (h) Maintaining of power shut down record (j) Maintaining of lightning conductor record.

NOTE: (i) The Contractor shall provide printed log book/Register as per format provided by the Dept. (ii)Contractor will pay the minimum wages to his employees skilled / unskilled according to labour commissoner memorundom no -1/20(3)/VDA(3)/2020-LS-II dt 12 Oct 2020. (iii)Salary register of the employees will be put up to Eng-in-Charge. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication in the MRS and outgoing Electrician & helper for checking HT/LT line, so that the electric supply programme can be streamlined and feedback can be obtained. (v) The Contractor shall supply uniforms to their employees for wearing during working hours. The uniform shall be pant and shirt and shall be in blue colour. The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engr-in-charge. The unit rate is deemed to be inclusive of the uniform supplied. (vi) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of certain misc items such as cotton waste and cost of T&P for maintenance work, cleaning and keeping neat and tidy of surrounding areas including removing vegetation/grass all around upto 10m of HT takeover points, VCB/OCB room, store room and places indicated as per site conditions as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (vii)Shock treatment chart. (viii)Contractor will display the duty roster for every month in notice board in 11 KV MRS after taking of approval of Eng-in-Charge.
