CERTAIN EXTERNAL SERVICES FOR EXPLOSIVE DECOMPRESSION CHAMBER (EDC) AND RAPID RECOMPRESSION CHAMBER (RRC) AT 2 AMTC AT AFA HYDERABAD

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil material to a distance exc.250m but not exc 500 m and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil soil all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber incl filling in depression and hallows, levelling, watering and rolling using power roller 8 to 10 tonnes capacity all as specified.

Moorum/red bajri filling in side berms or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed incl watering all as specified and as directed.

Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled to the spread thickness of 200mm and consolidated to required gradient and camber.

Wet Mix macadam (WMM) of 150mm thick compacted thickness in two layers of 75 mm thick each layer with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note: Quoted rate shall be for 150 mm thick consolidated thickness laid in two layers (each of 75 mm thick compacted thickness).

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 7.5 Kgs/10Sqm using slow setting cationic emulsion over WMM surfaces allow it to penetrate at least 5 to 10 mm from top surface of WMM all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic dense concrete (SDAC) 40mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified Note :- (i) No extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for extra quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch "A" on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of binder content used in the work. (ii) Design mix for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be got designed from approved lab/institution and approval of CWE shall be obtained. Hot mix plant shall also be inspected & approved by the rep detailed by Accepting officer.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc., comeplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm aggregate) as in coping, kerbs, water troughs and and benching for manholes & haunching around manholes frame for setting the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles & throating and necessary form work complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry exc 10cm in width with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6(20mm graded agg) and setting in cemetn mortar 1:4

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid at supply only rates under relavent item of BOQ Seperately

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes in trenches at any depth including packing under and completely surrounding 150mm bore NP2 pipe with concrete after pipe have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying jointing and testing 150 mm dia/nominal bore NP 2 cement concrete pipe in trenches in any depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M & L providing pre cast reinforced cement concrete type B 1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement mortar 1:6

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal size in cement mortar 1:6 including base concrete (1:4:8) type D2, plastering with cement mortar 1:6 including provision of MS sheet of 3.15mm thickness complete with locking arrangement with 7 lever lock (01 Nos), lifting handle all as specified the item rate is deemed to be including excavation and earth work RFR and plastering in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by engineering in charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 500 KVA, step down, outdoor type11/0.433 KV,50 Hz, AC double copper wound, oil immersed, Oil Naturally Air Naturally (ONAN) cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of + 5% to -10% in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil including all fittings /accessories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -1180. The transformer should have cable box on both HT & LT side and brass bushing rod on both HT & HT side . The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-I and IS -1180 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:-

(i) Type of connection arrangement :- MS cable termination box on both HT and LT side. Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with brass bushing rods and nuts washerwith extended neutral terminal with bushing on the transformer body for terminating earthing strip and suitable for terminating of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty Aluminium including gland joint complete

(ii) Cable terminal box HV grade suitable to make termination with 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE HT Cable.

(iii) Oil Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.

(iv) Thermometer Pocket

(v) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip.

(vi) One No Thermometer Dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge : Max reading painted terminal.

(vii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate.

(viii) Oil level guage.

(ix) Oil drain filter valve.

(x) Oil filling port on top cover with plug.

(xii) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS and with dielectric strength more than 50 KV

(xix) Oil temperature indicator of approved range, including shut of valve between conservator and main tank.

(xx) Drain valve with threaded adaptor.

(xxi) Filter valve with threaded adaptor.

(xxii) Brick Platform of size 2.0m x 2.0m x 2.0m with PCC Bed 1:4:8 ) 150mm thick (1.5 m above Ground Level & 0.5m below ground level)

(xxiii) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side cable terminal box.

Note: 1. All routine tests/Pre commissioning tests to be carried out at site after Installation of transformer in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer. 2.OEM Test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor as per relevant IS. 3.GA drawing and Design drawing shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer before placing Order.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning 800 amps vacuum circuit breaker ( VCB) of 350 MVA rupturing capacity at 11 KV rated, fault level of 18.3 KA for 3 sec totally enclosed, air insulated metal clad housing, floor mounting, horizontal isolation, vermin proof, fully interlocked horizontal drawout type, IP-4X and with the following :

(i) Manually and motor operated, spring charged (release closing mechanism) trip free type, triple pole truck mounted draw out, vacum circuit breaker, incorporating mechanical as well as electrical ON/OFF indication. Spring charge/discharge mechanical indication ''OFF'' push buttons for emergency trip (shrouded) test/service position limit switches with min 6 NO/6 NC breaker auxilliary contact in service position, 30/24 volts DC shunt trip coil and strip heaters with thermostat switch. One heater in CT chamber and one heater at VCB chamber to prevent moisture absorption.

(ii) 800 amp air insulated but encapsulated copper bus bar tinned coated.

(iii) C.T chamber with double wound C.T's 35/5A, 25/5A, (separate core for metering and separate core for protection).

(iv) 15 VA burden for protection (Class 5P 10).

(v) 15 VA burden for instrumentation (Accuracy Class 0.5)

(vi) Voltage Transformer with 3 numbers 1 phase, 3 limbs connected in star, class 0.5 accuracy, 11 KV/ 3/110V/ 3 with drawable type with automatic shutters 100 VA burden on bus side and line side with primary & secondary fuses and isolating plugs. (confirming to relevant IS specification).

(viii) Following protection shall be provided:-

(a) Microprocessor based 3 Nos outer elements for over current and one middle earth - fault with IDMT self power relay with shunt trip on 30/24 Volts, DC, of Make Schnider/ABB/Siemens/L&T consisting 3 element overcurrent relay with setting from 50 to 200% and earth fault with setting from 10 to 80%.

(b) Anti pumping relay and Master trip relay

(c ) Buchalz Realy and including controle cables 4core 4Sqmm Coper conductoe armoured 1100Volts from relaty to transformer.

( d) Side Cable Box suitable for 3core 185 -95Sqmm with Copper busbar of 800Amps.

(ix) All wiring necessary for the above including inter-connections. The size of the conductor should not be less than 1.5 sq mm copper wire where required.

(x) Test termninal box fuses/2A SP MCB, circuit labels, set of phases, indication lamps etc, as per standard practice as under.

(a) Red breaker closer (ON).

(b) Green breaker open (OFF)

(c) Amber-Auto trip

(d) Clear-trip circuit healthy

(e) White-3 Nos one per phase

Note for Item No 74,75&76: Excavation earth work shall be measured and paid separately

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting of 90 watt capacity including fixing on pole with neccessary connection up to junction box with 2.5 sqmm 2 core copper cable and GI Pipe bracket made of 40mm dia pipe 1.2m long bent to shape fixed with MS clamps ,Screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gate Light/post top lantern light fitting 60 Watt LED lamp complete With all accessories with neccessary connection up to junction box with 2.5 sqmm 2 core copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged pole with M.S base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts, and screw as specified type 410 SP- 31 (9 mtrs long ) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Excavation & earthwork, PCC foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged pole with M.S base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts, and screw as specified type 410 SP- 22 (8.5 mtrs long ) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:Excavation & earthwork, PCC foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately.(For Solar Light)

Supply and fix cable junction box 130X180X77 mm in size made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 65 protection for out door installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals with one MCB SP 6 Amps to be fixed inside the box including 03 Nos polynide gland with checknut (M-32 - 3 Nos) fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3 mm , nuts , bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer all as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Make: Cat No. DK 1010G Hansel or equivalent models in Spelsberg/ Rittal.

The panel board shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.The panel should be suitable to accomidate with and including the following swtich gears :-
