Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plaster surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of alkali reistant primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
Spraying antiweed / non toxic solution / chemicals containing Glyphosate as per manufacture instructions and removing the weed including the roots after ensuring complete de-germification of palnt/weed and cutting down the plant/trees off from roof/top sides of external walls of buildings, in chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of GI/CI/AC/PVC pipes and taking out roots entered in wall/slabs, including making good the surface using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar (1:2) or brick work in CM(1:4) plastered with CM(1:4) to match with existing surface and repairing the pipes and joints which was affected by cutting down/taking out process for plants / trees located in the buildings upto four storey high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Contractor has to execute the work of de-generated plant/weeds as per the prior approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
PART II (CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES)
Removal of sludge from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth, burrying the sludge in pits with suitable depth and filled by earth including removal of surplus matrials and dewatering of water to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. . Note - Dewatering of water or mud will not be paid seperately only sludge to be paid for the above item.
Clearing and removal of all blockage in sewage line from manhole to manhole, any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manunally / mechanically including desludging of manhole /sewage line where required and odered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping sewer line functional, upto final drop / outlet into septic tank /central sewage system terminating in other joining zone/ area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and as directed.
NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 2.02 :- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R MEG daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) to both the complaint cell located at FMME & Meanee lines as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including saftey measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fail. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 200/- per complaint shall deducted from contractor payments.
Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth, removal of the same to a distance / place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required for dewatering of water complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm etc complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortor for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required suitable for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
