M&L for 18-20mm thick granite slabs of any type (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like, set and jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite including necessary moulding at edges laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortor screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ hard standing etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical or vertical with closed top) as per IS 12701:1996, hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20/15mm bore medium grade pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipe including 20 mm bore, ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixedcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Gun metal gate or globe valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Towel Rail 600mm long of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (Minimum weight 190gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. (b) M&L 25 thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth. (c) M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 finished even and smooth. (d) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (e) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (f) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (g) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm. Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.
