Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 500 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. Rate to include all bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 20mm dia MS "J" bolt with nut and washers of 600mm length in column concrete. The rate includes cost of "J" bolt, labour for fixing in position etc. complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Plastering 10 mm thick for ceiling including slabs, beams and column drops and staircase waist slab, sunshade, drops, chajjas etc..with Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement : 3 of fine P.sand) according to the specification. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, scaffolding, stagging, providing drip bands, moulds to any size and shape as shown in drawings tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, consumables etc as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting the walls with Two coats of first quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over one coat of primer including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of materials, brushes, sand paper, rollers, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supplying and fixing the Delco Make with 3M double side tape applicable for heavy traffic or equvalant PU Tactile over Granite / Kotah /Concrete Tile 300 x 300mm by cleaning the existing floor surface with Isopropyl Alcohol or Adehesive primer thoroughly before fixing the tactiles as per the Manufacture's instruction and complete as directed by Engineer In charge.
