Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½:3 (1cement 1 ½ sand :3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete but excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete using M-25 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :- Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto floor to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasres buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like ith in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edge of slabs and breaks in floor and walls.(under 20.00cm. wide) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer- in -Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floor. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Second Class Bricks: Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)

Area for covering Passive Solid Liquid Separation Units up to Drying Extent along with Moisture Dispersion Arrangements within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Laying jointing and testing of DI pipe spigot and socketed pipe with CML (SBR tyton push on joint) complete in all respects as per IS 8329-2900 class K7 diamensions weight and test pressuers in all respect and as per patest ammendments or adition.

Providing and jointing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipe and fitting including testing of the joints, cost of rubber gasket (EDPM quality)conforming to IS 3382 latest edition/ ammendments complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per latest ammendments or edition.

Water Recycle Pumps (Centrifugal) non clog centrifugal pumps of 10-15 m3/hr capacity for 12-20 m dynamic head. However actual pump combinations will be decided by characteristic curve supplied by the manufacturer which also ensures tripping period of each pump is not less than 5 minutes, KSB, Kirloskar, Mather and Platt, Jyoti.

Providing and Installation Sludge dewatering system (screw press) with all necessary arrangements with 3 m3/hr capacity within all leads and lifts and as per latest ammendments or edition.
