Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from walls, any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete and for embedding posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour red coloured tiles and grey/ yellow coloured tiles (as directed by Engr -in-Charge) confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-35 Grade and incl filling of interstices with fine sand over incl 25mm thick layer of sand cushiar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Cement concrete (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm stone graded aggregate) as in benching between paver block and road complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast rubber moulded cement concrete blocks set in CM 1 : 4, type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4 (20 mm graded agg) for kerb stone , weathering, throating etc and setting; in cement mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. (Size of kerb stone approved by GE).

M&L for RCC hume pipe class NP-2, 200 mm dia with color laid and jointed in CM 1 : 4 complete, all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. orfor shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including spreading, ramming, leveling complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, R.C.C or steel.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground to facilitate provison for embedding of new post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil

M&L Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing Balts Past and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-16 as directed

Dismantling of old chain link fencing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing (e poxy coloured coated) made out of 3.15mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 50mmx 50mm size, made upto into mattress or cages complete all as specified.

S/F mild steel round bar 10 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking binding hooking as required for chain link fencing , for tie bar strenghting and fixing with nut bolt in fencing post all as specified.

S&F mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washar and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15 cm long.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applied two coats of emulsion paint white/ yellow /black over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applied one coat of emulsion paint white/ yellow /black complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.
