(i) Neem Kholi at the rate of 2 kg for 10 Sqm.

(iii) D.A (16.42) at the rate of 0.15 kg for 10 Sqm.

(iv) BHC dust 10% or lindance dust at the rate of 0.15 kg for 10 Sqm.

(d) Fine dressing a top soil after mixing the manure and fertilizer to requisite slope.

(e) Watering the area for fine dressing of soil after one week till the soil get water upto.

(f) Fine dressing of surfaces of top soil to require slope and gradient towards the manholes.

(g) Plantation of grass @ 10 Cm do both way by dibbling root method.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type step down transformer, 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz 500 KVA capacity, core copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, ONAN with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +5% to -10% in Step of 2.5% on HV site to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear.The transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 (not below level -II ) with standard fittings and shall comprise etc. complete all as specified and directed of the following :-

DG SET Supply, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer of OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacture) manufactured and tested static Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 62.5 KVA, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to a matching alternatore and mounted on Dunlop metallastik foundation pads on a common base frame and threafter intalled in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set conforming to and test certified as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise of the following :-

AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to BS 2613/IS 4722, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 62.5 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/TEFC complete with AVR with + 1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation.

( c) CONTROL PANEL (AMF PANEL) The control panel to match with the requirment of DG set and shall be manufactred with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish . The control panel consist of following parts as per manufacred norms: (i) PCC- key switch/ Autostart Generator set controller. (ii) Multifunction meter displaying the parameter as voltage current, frequency water oil pressure KVA,KW (iii) Contractors with HRC fuse of suitable rating,current transformers, AMF logic Battery Charger< Aluminium Bus bar of suitable capacity indicating lamps. (iv) Standard foundation as per manufactrers specification anti vibration foundation pad of approved make & suitable capacity.

(d) Dunlop Metallastick anti-vibration pads for mounting engine - alternator assembly on the base frame/plate

(e) BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per manufactur's recommended design/specications.

(f) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Provn of an integral type approved/certified acoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms for the DG sets restricted the noise level to 75 db at one meter along and temp rise within canopy shall not exceed 5° to 7° Celsius. The panel should be free standing floor mounting compartmentalized design of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure indoor type dust & vermin proof conforming to IP 52, painting, earthing numbering, danger plate as per specification and drawing , flush front with 300 amps throughout the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeder breakers fuses, indicating lamps etc shall be accommodated in modular multitier arrangement. The paint specification adequate size cable alley shall be provided all around the panel and in back for each cable bending and termination.
