High Mast Light Supply, installation and testing of High galvanized mast light 15 Mtr height suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage, suitable size trailing cable, connectors and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, intergral power tool suitable capacity motor for up and down of arms with mounted light fittings , manual handle, aviation obstruction light, lightening arrestor spike, Outdoor electrical control feedder panel box with 1 No. 40A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 22 Amp tripple pole contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 No 10A contactors and raise lower push button, power socket, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals complete system in all respect and including RCC foundation as per height required and specified & recommended by Manufacturer and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 210 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and passing through ducts/pipes, fixing along poles, jointing and testing ; XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel wire or strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to cable with dry fine sand in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L Bricks laid in trenches flat with width equal to length of brick for cable protection well burnt sub class 'B' laid across the cable complete all as specified and directed
