Overhauling and servicing of Endless slat conveyors belt of 20.40 Mtr long with rubber/polythene slat over lapping including compelete dismantling of the slats, chains, Dog assembly, cleaning, oiling greasing, tightening nuts and bolts and replacing of defective nut bolts washers and aligning the chain pulley, aligning of track, leveling of the machine if required including replacement of all defective bearing and wornout spare parts etc complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed (Make: Gannon Dunkerlay & Co Ltd) Note:- (i) Spare part shall be measured & paid sepreately under item No 2 here in after (ii) After overhauling testing shall be carried in the presence of Engr-in-charge as directed by GE and record of the same shall be prepared and kept on record.
Supply only following spars parts for above conveyor belt:- (Make: Gannon/Ammeraal/ Sigling or same as existing make)

M & L for replacement of driver unit ( motor and Gear box) complete with SMSR ( Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer) and driver shaft including taking down old driver unit compelete all as specified and directed. (Make:Rassi/Motovaria/Bontiglioli/Gannon or same as existing Make)
Repair and overhauling of conveyer belts of size 15.10Mtr long x 900mm wide along with complete dismantling of the Belt chains, Dog assembly, Rollers, cleaning, oiling, Greasing, tinghtening of nuts and bolts, washers and aligning the chain pulley alinging the track complete all as specified and directed.(Make:Gannon/Dunketley & Co Pvt Ltd) Note:- (i) Spare part shall be measured and paid sepreately under item No 5 here in after (ii) After complete overhauling testing shall be carried out in the presence of Engr-in-charge as directed by GE and record of the same shall be prepared and kept on record.
Supply only following spars parts for above convetor belt:-
Belting 900 mm width including conneteced acessories Make:Ammeraal/Mira/Sigling/Gannon or same as existing make.
M&L for repalacement of driver unit with SMSR (Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer) and drive pulley with acessories including taking down old driver complete all as specified and directed. Make:Gannon/Rassi/Motovaria/Bontiglioli or same as per existing make.
