Charges for overhauling of sea water supply pump - isolate the suction & discharge valve- decoupling the motor and pump – dismantling the suction and discharge line fittings - lifting the pump from bed to repair bay – dismantling the pump spares – cleaning the dismantled pump spares- inspection- renewal of wornout spares if necessary – reassembling the pump spares – fixing the pump to bed- assembling of suction and discharge line fittings- coupling the motor & pump - carrying alignment work – opening of suction & discharge valve- putting the pump in service - inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges of T&Ps etc.

Charges for overhauling of contact tank- isolate the suction and discharge valve ie) cutout from service – After inspection of outer side of contact tank – removing of man hole top cover – cleaning the bottom of wall side sediments – inspection of inner wall portion of the contact tank - inspection of inner divider plate arrangement – carrying repairing work if necessary- checking the inner rubber lining portion – fixing of man hole top cover after completion of repairing work- put in service – inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges of T&Ps etc .

Charges for overhauling of pressurized sand filter tank- isolate the suction of discharge valve ie) cut out from service – after inspection of out side of PSF tank- removing of man hole top cover – cleaning of sediments above filter media- inspection – removing the filter media (river sand, gravels) if necessary for carrying the repairing work- refilling topup of filter media for maintaining the required level in PSF tank ( river sand - contractor scope) if necessary – filter media rearrangement work carried out if necessary - fixing of man hole top cover after completion of repairing work - put in service - inclusive cost of consumables, river sand , etc, and hire charges of T &Ps etc.

Charges for overhauling of air blower- isolate the discharge valve – loosening the motor bed adjusting bolt and removing the V belts – lifting the air blower from bed to repair bay - dismantling the air blower spares- cleaning – inspection - renewal of wornout spares if necessary – reassembling the air blower spares - fixing the air blower from repair bay to bed- fixing V belts- carrying alignment work – open the discharge valve – put in service – inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges of T &Ps etc.,

Charges for replacement/ overhauling the worn out 150/100 NB plate/butterfly/gate/Diaphragam/ NRV valves inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges T & Ps etc.,

Charges for overhauling of ash water pump - isolate the suction valve & discharge valve - decoupling the motor and pump - dismantling the pump top split casing - lifting the top split casing to repair bay - loosening the drive end & free end bearing housing bolt - lifting the rotating assembly to repair bay - dismantling the rotating assembly spares (bearing housing ,bearing, impeller ,gland arrangement, shaft sleeve, pump shaft,etc) - cleaning the dismantled spares- inspection - renewal of wornout spares if necessary - reassembling the spares - lifting the rotating assembly from repair bay to pump bottom casing & then fixing - tightening the drive end & free end bearing housing bolt - lifting the top split casing from repair bay to pump and then fixing - coupling the motor & pump - carrying alignment work - put in service - inclusive cost of consumables and charges of T&P etc.

Charges for replacing/overhauling the defective 450 NB/400 NB Gate/Butterfly/NRV valves inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges etc.,

Charges for replacement/overhauling the worn out 350/300/250/200NB plate/ Gate/ Butterfly / Globe/ Diaphragm/NRV valves. inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges etc.,

Charges for cleaning of ash water sump & strainer – dewatering of ash water sump – removing the growth barrels & other debris - cleaning of ash water sump ( bottom , top, & side inner area) & strainer - Transporting the collected debris & other item to the disposal area as directed by engineer in charge - attending minor repair work in the strainer if necessary- Inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges T&P etc.,

Charges for arresting sea water leakage due to puncture in sea water pipe lines and fittings by patchup welding inclusive cost of consumables and hire charges T & Ps etc., ,

Cleaning of overhead seal water filter tank – dewatering of overhead seal water filter tank – removing the growth barrels and other debris – cleaning of overhead seal water filter tank ( bottom, top, and side inner area) - Transporting the collected debris & other items to the disposal area as directed by engineer in charge.

Cleaning of ground level seal water filter tank –dewatering of ground level seal water filter tank removing the growth barrels & other debris – cleaning of ground level seal water filter tank ( Bottom, top & side inner area) – Transporting the collected debris & other items to the disposal area as directed by engineer incharge.

Charges for cleaning and Painting of good quality two coat enamel paint in sea water pipe lines, equipments & structural supports etc, including all consumables like painting brush, wire brush, cotton waste, paint and thinner.
