Removal of Trees/Plants complete incl roots any dia, any masonary at any hight. including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer’s instructions and making good disturbed portion with PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in cm 1:3 and finishing the surface to match with existing surface and removing of rubbish out side MOD land/area complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Sewage line of dia 150 mm bore pipe lines of any description in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but 200 mm bore pipe.

All as per item herein above but 300 mm bore pipe.

M&L for pumping out Sewage water from the blocked sewage line of or overflow manholes of any description and depth in between two consecutive manholes by sewage suction /Jetting machine (with high pressure water supply mounted) / vacuum operated suction machine or sewer Jetting Machiche and is effective in collecting sludge and sewer from the cesspit or Jetting the Water Through high Pressure for opening the sewer Line. for removing any type of blockage (Cost of No labour deemed to be included in rates coated by Contractor). complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole. and remove sluge from outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks of the following capacity by dewatering all the water, taking out the sludge/ night soil. Flushing the septic tank with clean water in order to remove all stacked mud/sludge etc cleaning the choked inlets. Outlets of septic tank removing all the sludge to outside MD land including surface dressing of the septic tank around the distance not less than 3 mtr (Septic tank capacity upto 600 users)complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The night soil / sludge including water obtained by cleaning of the septic tank shall be taken out in closed container and disposed off outside MD land by excavating a pit of adequate size and depth not exc.1.5m

Cleaning of manhole of any description, any size and any depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Gully Traps of any description, any size and depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of blockage from 'S' trap/'P' trap/ Nahani trap/floor trap by flushing or by sucking by suction pumps at GF/ Ist/ IInd/ IIIrd floor or any floor including cleaning the line upto 1st manhole complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:(i) The unit rate quoted shall be demed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fittings and fixture functional. If replacment of part/ items is required to make the fitting functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be easured and paid for as S&F in repairs under relevent items of this schedule here in after and in such cases this item will not be measured and paid for (ii) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of working & attending the complaints as diected by JE(civil) or Engr in Charge. (iii) Complaints slip to be collected daily from complaints cell/ AGE B/R Dighi. (iv) Contractor shall provided all the necessary tools/Ladder and make necessary transportion arrangements etc required for attending complaints with proper tool bag.

M&L for concrete bed in P.C.C. 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregated) to 150 mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after laying & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in P.C.C. 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregated) to exc 150mm n exc 300 mm dia drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes after laying & testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work as in roof kerbs or mud stops, surface channels, manholes etc and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete sufaces including finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 finishing the surfaces using extra cement incl, forms mould, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down for repairing and refixing in new or same position of chainlink fencing of any shape and size including fencing posts and horizontal supporting bars, fillets, bolt and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of any old materials by new one will be measured and paid seperately in relevant items of this schedule.

Removing old concrete debries, outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tile glossy finish 25 cm x 25 cm x 22mm thick machine pressed set and including 15mm thick screed bed CM(1:6), jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with white cement & pigments and cut and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC / SGW / AC or CI Pipes) set in any cement mortar of (75mm / 110mm / 100mm / 150mm / 200mm / 250mm) dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China bowl urinal bowl type, with discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; with brackets, flush pipe, and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China bowl urinal full stall type, with discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; with brackets, flush pipe, and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All necessary precautions and all safety measures per Municipiality rules/relevant regulatory guidelines shll be taken by the contractor in employing his mechanical means and workmen. No person shall be employed in direct contact working in septic tanks, manholes in foel conditions to prevent any helath hazards. (ii) The contractor shall be solely resposnible for any mishap to any of labour deployed and to equipment /machinery /plants/ materials etc brought at site for work any lapses whatsover during the execution. (iii) Drawn sluge, waster material, scum , spoil water etc shall be removed from Mod land through sludge carrier. The rates quoted shell be deemed to be inclusive of above all aspect and no claim whatever shall be entertainable at later stages.
