Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diameter and length below the pile cap M20 in cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with, bentonite solutions and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc., all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). 300mm dia piles."

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -all kinds of Soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness),including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders,bressumers and cantilevers.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Brick work with flyash FPS brick of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Steel work welded in built up section framed work including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12mm thick plain cement mortar bands in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)- Raised Band. (Cost for 1 metre long and 1 cm wide band)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - Cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Supplying at site : R.C.C standards post /struts/rails/pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse aggregate: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size ) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs,wherever required as per direction of Engineer in charge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works to be paid separately)

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge - Made of G.I wire of dia 4mm,PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade.

Providing and erecting precast RCC compound wall of 5Cm thick cast in with RCC 1:2:4(1 cement :2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The vertical precast RCC1:2:4 post of size 0.12X0.12X2.1m reinforced with 4 nos of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mmTMT bars @15cm c/c at the interval of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.3X0.3X0.3m over a levelling coarse of concrete PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. The precast panel wall of size 1.90X0.30X0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @12.5cm c/c for main rods and 6mm dia TMT bars @15cm c/c for distributors is to be provided for a required height. The joints between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3.
