Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete.

Providing material and labour for laying water proofing over R.C.C. SLAB consisting first Layer of special water proofing compound 1 kg/10 sq.mt. mixed with Cement slurry spreaded over maked slab and second layer of leveling Coarse of c:m 1:3( 1 cement :3 fine sand ) of 25mm (a.v.) bed thickness. Third layer consisting of brick aggregates of 75mm (av.) thickness mix with 50% cement mortar 1:3 for joint filling and top finish having 10mm average thickness and exposed top smooth finishing with cement slurry including making false chequired 300mm x 300mm in size. The treatment is to be carried alongwith the vertical surface of the parapet and other joining wall upto height of about 200mm in a shape of quarter round vata including curing etc. complete as per specification. UPTO FLOOR TWO LEVEL. Water proofing compound having I.S.I MARK of ISO make should be used wherever cement used and no extra payment will be made for vata, curvature etc. only flat surface area will be consider for payment.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red,Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm.

Providing material and Labour for fixing FRP of 28mm thick Fibre Glass shutter with 1.5 to 2.0 mm thick fire retardent grade FRP skin in depressed panel design having extra reinforcement on sides & edges & in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter is to be filled up with injected retardent grade polyurethane foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof ,weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Rates are to be inclusive of S.S hinges with necessary screws & alluminium S.S fixtures & fastenings & fastener sleeve.
