SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday HT 11 KV VCBs,HT /LT Panels and 2x 2.5 MVATransformers at New MTS area including connected electrical items by engaging following personels:- (i) Mate Electrician - 03 No ((01 No for 1shift of 08 Hrs,total 3 shift per day) Note: (i) Repair / replacement of minor items like indicators, HT/LT fuses, silica jel, etc shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) All the items as per List enclosed will be operated and maintained as required. (iii) The parameters to be maintained are as per user requirement. (iv) All plant running log books shall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-in-Charge direction and requirement the cost shall be deemed to be quoted rates. (v) Record of pay and allowances of employees deployed shall prepared and deposite to the department every month. (vi) Pay and allowances shall be made as per labour act . (vii) Working uniform (blue colour) shirt and pant 02 pairs for each operator and helper and also stiched operator and helper name and disignation over on shirt pocket and leather shoe one pair helmet 01 Nos each operator the rate shallbe deemed to include in quoted rates. (viii) The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of this and no extra claim shall be admissible and the Accepting officer's decision in this regard will be final and binding.

Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday HVAC Air Conditioning plant of capacity 3 x 70 TR ( two plants to be run at a time and one will be kept as stand by) at NEW MTS including connected electrical items all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge by engaging following personels:- (i) Refrigeration Mechanic - 01No(01 No for 1st shift of 08 Hrs) (ii) Mate Refrigeration Mechanic - 01No(01 No for 2nd shift of 08 Hrs) (iii) FGM - 01No(01 No for 3rd shift of 08 Hrs) Note :- (i) All the items as per List enclosed shall be operated and maintained as required. (ii) Inside temprature of 25 degree centigrade and Humidity 50 - 60% to be maintained. (iii)Repair / replacement of minor items like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts ,indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc. and ensure no leakages at valves shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (iv) Major items/spares paid separatly below items as supply only. (v) In case of emergency servicing the Ref mech will assist. (vi) All plant running log books shall be supplied and maintained by the contractor as per Engineer-in-Charge direction and the cost of stationary shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. (vii) Operator / workmen dress will be provide by the contractor to all operators and the rate shall be deemed to include in quoted rates. (viii) Record of pay and allowances of employees deployed shall prepared and deposite to the department every month. (ix) Pay and allowances shall be made as per labour act . (x) The contractor shall make necessary arrangements in case of any emergancy and shall ensure smooth functioning of system without failure through out all the three shifts. Supply and Fix cast iron oval shaped water supply pipeline / HT & LT cable route / cable joint / cable loop indicator of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 6 mm thick with letters embossed and fixed with 750 mm long MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 5mm and 'T' base of 25x25x5mm, 200mm long with welding and painting, including connected earth work and excavation as in post holes in any type of soil providing PCC 1:3:6 type C1 of size 660x600x250 mm (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)to hold the angle iron (by putting the split end of angle iron in to the concrete) up to ground level and painting the exposed iron surface with grey colour over a coat of primer etc complete after tracing the route of burried water supply pipe line / cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Round the clock Manning and operation including Sunday and Holiday Fire hydrant system and water Treatmet plant at New MTS valve controlling operation and Electrically driven horizontal centrifugal (splitcasing type) main Pump 7.0Kg/sqcm and 1500rpm Electrically driven horizontal centrifugal single stage (end suction type) jockey Pump 7.0Kg/sqcm 2900 RPM at NEW MTS area including connected electrical items such as main switch, starter, changeover switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board etc by engaging following personels:- (i) Mate FGM - 03 No(01 No for 1shift of 08 Hrs, total 3 shift per day) Note: (i) Repair / replacement of minor items like gland packing, Gaskets, Bolt nuts, indicators, pushbuttons,fuses, lubricants etc etc. and ensure no leakages at valves shall deemded to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. Material and labour for dismantling the existing condenser of AC plant chiller 70 TR an descaling deposited corbon layers in inside copper tubes by using chemical with help of vaccume pump and cleaning complete with suitable T & P and refixing the dismantled component in proper position after descaling/cleaning the system including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old PVC honey comb (Fills) and S & F PVC Honey comb (fills) of size 600 x 300x 150 mm suitbale for cooling tower of 70 TR capacity, FRP included draft type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old unserviceable motor of 12000 AHU and replace with same capacity of Energy efficient, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415+ 10% volt, 1440 RPM, 16.6 Amp, duty S1, 12.5 HP with frame 132M, with efficiency 88.2% induction Motor as per sample including testing anddeposite old motor in MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable motor of cooling tower and replace with same capacity of squirrel cage, vertical flange mounted extended thread type shaft induction motor with totally enclosed weather proof enclosure IP 55, 3 HP, 750 RPM suitable for cooling tower including testing anf deposite old motor in MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting of outdoor cooling tower of capacity 70 TR with two coat of weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only AC Digital Clamp Meter for measurement of AC current upto 400 Amps, AC/DC Voltage upto 600 Volts, Resistacne upto 20M Ohms, Temperature measurement facility with thermocouple probe included complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Stanlay Cat No ST-ACM202 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only AC Digital Pocket Multimeter for measurement of AC current upto 10 Amps, AC/DC Voltage upto 500 Volts, Resistacne upto 40M Ohms, Temperature measurement facility with thermocouple probe included complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Stanlay Cat No ST-33A or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Digital Earth resistance tester with measuring range 0-20 Ohms & heigher resoulution 0.01 Ohms at 0-20 Ohms & 0.1 at 0-200 Ohms with accuracy + 2% complete with test leads, spikes & simplified measurement probe, also suitbale for earth voltage upto 200 Volt with accuracy of + 1%, complies with EN/IEC 61010-1 CATII 300V, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Stanlay Cat No ST-1820ER or equivalentas approved by GE.

Supply only LV Digital Insulation Tester with 250V, 500V, 1000 V output test voltage for insulation Megaohm testing upto 2000Mohms, confirm to EN/IEC 61010-1 CATIII 600V, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Stanlay Cat No ST-IM2751 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only 10 KV Digital Insulation Tester with insulation test voltages from 0.5KV to 10KV in 0.5KV increment steps for measurement upto 500 Gohms at 10KV, toptronic design, auto ranging insulation resistance confirms to IEC 61010-1 CATIII , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Stanlay Cat No ST-IMHV-6211AIN or equivalentas approved by GE .

S&F Transformer oil confirming to IS 335/93 grade suitable to topping up of transformers and OLTC tank through stream line filters, dehydrated after checking BDV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : HP / Trans Oil/ Power Oil
