62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with conc. Hardener topping,under layer 50 mm thick cement conc. 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 ,6 mm nominal size by volume ,compound mixed @2 litre per 50 kg of cement complete.

P/L APP modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane ,black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40lit/sqm all complete.

P/L Rectified glazed ceremic tile 300x300 mm by approved make and color of first quality confirming to IS 15622

P/L Vitrified floor tiles Kajaria/ISI brand with water absorption less than 0.8% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all color and shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood with one coat (up to one sq. m) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior qualit ready mix paint (Iind quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand such as British paint ,Shalimar paint ,Asian or equivalent as per approved by E/I.

Providing and applying White cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufracture .

Fishining walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work two or more coat applied @1.67 l/10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.2 kg/10 sqm.

Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manafacture to give an even shade: New work (Two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and fixing ISI M.S. grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with MS flats ,square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

Fabrication and Supply of MS Z-Section

Supply and Fixing ISI marked Flush Door shutters confirming to IS:2202 all complete with necessary screws

P/Fixing glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes .Second class teak wood 35 mm thick

P/L of light cinder filling under floor of toilets and other sunken roofs.

P/L water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs,bathroom etc ,by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying @0.488kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement.
