Construction of Multipupose Hall

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m. Earth filling under fllors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kanker upto 40% excavated from ouside the builing plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidatiing lead upto 30 meters.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast. using concrete mixing volumetric type

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanicaly batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth. (10.16)

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth. (11.3 i)
