Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Microprocessor based Intelligent, addressable 6 Loops fire alarm control panel ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved ) fully networkable with each loop capable of taking minimum 120 devices, 1/4 VGA display character alpha-numeric liquid crystal display.

The panel shall be soft addressable type.The panel shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches when ever any alarm is triggered.The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards.

The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer ( if required ), Loop cards, L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, in built Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24 V capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during Emargency condition, with integral battery charger complete as required.

The panel shall have extra loop card to serve as stand by in case of burntout or malfunctioning of any operating loop cards. The FACP shall be capable of being networked ( future expansion ) with other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 bus.The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system and BMS( RS 485 ). The panel should have modbus output & ready to communicate with remote computer. The system must be preloaded with licenced software. SITC of Repeater Panel ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved )which will act as an add-on device for remote display of FACP status information of the FDA operating front related to the detectors and decetors zones.Event messages are displayed via LED collective indicators and on the 2-Line LCD display with the associated detecors zone number and a programmable additional text.

Each message is signalled via the built-in buzzer. The buzzer can be acknowledged by pressing a button. Upto 31 LCD indicator panel can be operated on as RS 485 bus. Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Analog Addressable Intelligent multisensor detector ( VDS / UL / FM / ULC approved ) with two inbuilt optical smoke sensors with backward & forward scattering light angles as well as additional heat detector sensor with decentralise intelligence, soft addressable Photothermal type with inbuilt fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base having IP as per recommended standard.

(Note : Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable but in such case the contractor shall provide one independent fault isolator module for every group of addressable devices ( Numbers of addressable devices in a group will be as per latest recommended standards ) without any additional cost). NOTE : 1. The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of -- 1. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards. 2. IS 2189 3. NFPA 70 National Electric Code 4. NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code 5. local Statutory Regulations 6. Manufacturer Recommendation.

TESTS:1.The system shall be tested and commissioned by a qualified competent,trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests for the system. 2. Before energizing the cables and wires, check for correct connections and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per above standards must be done.

Terms and condition The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
