CERTAIN PETTY REPAIRS TO JCO/ORs MARRIED ACCN AT UMRAO SINGH ENCLAVE AND ISHWAR NAGAR UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Attending complaints related to plumbing/water supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair such as replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts/unions/sockets/ PVC connection etc and making water supply functional in case of blockage, refixing of GI pipe joints, application of white cement where required, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Only experienced 01 Nos plumber shall be used to attend day to day complaints for above mentioned complaint shall be issued under respective item. (ii) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0830hrs from complaint cell of AGE B/R-II and the complaints shall be attended / make good/rectified within 24hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a penalty of Rs 250/- per day per complaints shall be charged.

Attending complaints related to Carpenter Work , including repair and easing of wooden & aluminium doors, windows , re-fixing or retightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage etc including nails, screws etc required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to mason work such as repair to existing damaged plaster/ floor/ plinth protection/ jointing of damage brick/stone work in minor patches not exc 2.00 Sqm each including matching the surface with existing finish with necessary material like cement, sand, lime aggregate, brick stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re securing glass of any description in existing metal frames/ wooden frame with putty/beads including removing loose/decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, re puttying and painting/oiling puttied surfaces to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing door shutters of any description of area exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0 Sqm each in the same opening including easing of door/window/cup board shutters for easy closing/ opening incl tightning of hinges or changing the position of hinges adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe - 290 (Gde E- 165) for Framed work as in doors , chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, support to velley gutters, winties for roof sheets, framing for monkey proofing, welded mesh, support to sign board & fencing post, etc as specified to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core & ply wood face panels, commercial type on both faces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.
