Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sandof approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P etc. as required for thework complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

PCC inprop. (1:4:8) in foundation and bed using 4cm size HGCB metal of approved quality and approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete and compacting thesame to required level, with compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxesof all materials with cost of all labours, sundries and T & p such as hire charges of concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc completeas per the specification and direction of EIC

R.C.C. work of M25 grade with 20mm down grade chips (C.B.) including Hoisting & laying (Data for 15 cum), including centring and shuttring but excluding the cost of M.S. rod. Footing

Supplying fitting & placing uncoated HYSD reinforcement including cutting, bendind, binding & placing the steel rods as per drawing & technical specification with cost of binding wire18 to 20 gauge.

Fly Ash Brick masonry in C.M. (1:4) in founadtion & plinth and superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance± 2%.

Fly Ash Brick masonry inC.M. (1:6) in founadtion & plinth and superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2%.

C.C(1:2:4) using 12mm to 20mm size H.G.stone chips including the cost of all materials labour carriage, royalty etc complete, including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete, watering & curing, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary Including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P, such as concrete mixer,concrete vibrator etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
