Amount

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Plaster shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2.Rate of this item is inclusive of disconnect & fitment at water tank or solar heater etc with refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement upto and Including 4 Story building complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for roof treatment applying PU & Acrylic based Elostomeric Coat in UV shafe having OVOC coating apply two coats as per manufacturer's instructions to protect roof over clean plastered surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (a) Water proofing guarantee for 10 years shall be included in the quoted rates. (b) The work shall be executed by company applicator duly approved by GE and gurantee shall also be given by company.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw including rubber washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Ridge and Valley/Gutter fixed with self tapping screw including rubber washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs for MS work in Roof trusses(framed) trussed,purlines, rafters ,crane,gantries,rails ,grills,and fastening and heavy bracket Valley/Gutter framing (beams,tee,angle,chnnel or flat sections) including distance pieces etc confirming to Fe 410-W(GdeE-250) quality 'A' all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, bed block,post holes,rungs, window cills etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L Preparing newly untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & steel based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including Scaffolding up to 4 storey buildings all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, wooden etc.) or insulation board / slabs any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for false ceiling with fully perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged or 10mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG ( Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595mm of approved texture,design and patters having moisture content lessthan 2%. Humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987,Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15x32mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x32 of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32mm of length 600mm to from grid module of size 600x600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvenizing @ 80 grams per sqm)i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm lenght and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm Galvenised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F vitrified tiles double charged 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm, in floor etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match for laying floor finishes complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes/drain etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/grit plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all necessary safety measures)

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified. Note :- Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in Cement Mortor 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in internal surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered walls surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved colour over a coat of primer including 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning, including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or un plastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling by Vacuum based sanding machine all as specified, filling cracks/hole by applying 1 to 2 mm thick cement based wall care putty and applying one coat oil emulsion distemper white or coloured by auto roller complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls by Vacuum based sanding machine complete all as specified, applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick as required (multi purpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of debris/malwa/ excavated surplus earth to a distance exc 10 Km but n exc 15.00 Km out side MD land and depositing at destination complete all as specified & directed .

M&L in repair for chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X 25mm thick pre printed colour, set and Jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1 : 6) as in path, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame ) steel/alluminium/ wooden exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium colour powder coated door Frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/pre laminated particle board interior panels fabricated including aluminium powder coated beading rubber Gasket and packing materials and shall be drilling in existing wall and thrust bolt suitable size complete comprising the following:- (a) Door frame section 101.60x44.45x1.93 mm fixed as per specified (b) Door Shutter Vertical Style of Size 85x44.45x2 mm as per specified. (c) Door Shutter Top style section 95.25x44.45x2.00 mm as per specified. (d) Aluminium coloured powder coated middle lock rail/bottom rail section 150x44.45x1.93mm cat No.20002. (e) Aluminium coloured powder coated Tower Bolt 02 Nos in each shutter 200 mm long as specified. (f) Aluminium coloured powder coated handle 02 Nos in each shutter 150 mm long as per specified. (g) Door Floor spring ISI Marked Make-Sandhu, Amar or equivalent. (h) Six lever mortice lock brass on in each door. (j) 12 mm thick partical board (pre laminated both face) exterior grade ISI Marked (k) Tinted glass/Plain glass(Colour) 5mm thick.

S&F for 12mm thick Seamless/tinted toughen glass panel (single panel) with fixing decorative Air Force/Unit logo on glass panel as required , including Stainless Steel Brackets,fastner, rubber gusket, floor door spring as required for shutter or packing material all around the panel for fixing with wall and making good surfaces including necessary aluminium framed work as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including scaffolding and all safety measures)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including all fittings (PVC Tee , Elbow, Bend) etc complete all as specified and direted by Engr in Charge

M&L for Stainless steel framed work grill, grating, drain cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm dia RCC pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition and removing of old RCC pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 300 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in with excavated soil in layers n exc 25cm thick including spreading levelling watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Precast Cement concrete perforated drain cover of size 900mm x 500mm x 75mm thick surrounded with steel strip 75x1.5mm Reinforced as per manufacturer's design in Munufactured proccess laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole. Or equivalent as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor shall provide PV alongwith manufacturer test certificate of drain cover.

S&F MS work square/rectangular /angle welded mesh of any size for drain cover, rain water harvesting pit etc including straightening, cutting, welding and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any tiles any size and shape factory casted with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade and joints filled inclding dismantling of tiles and removing from site complete and directed all as specified.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from the boards/outlets boxes fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets ceiling, rose, lamp holders, tube light fittings, regulators etc and making good of disturbed surfaces

Make: Legrand /Siemens/Schneider. Note: Cutting on wall and taking out old one and then flushing new DB and making all the connection as before and any accessories required to fix the DB including making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & Fixing MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole, 415 V, fixed thermal & fixed magnetic setting electromechanical type with Ics=75 % of Icu , with breaking capacity 16 KA conforming to IS: 13947-II complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .

Supplying , laying , testing and commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured , heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Note:- The amount of Rs 64320/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 141 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
