Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS steel flat iron as in wind tie for roof sheet including securing bolts (Fe-290 E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & ceiling Boards ( fibre,pulp,insulation etc. ),or insulation board/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with aluminium angle 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm fixed to perimeter of wall, main 'T' runner 38 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm and secondary/cross 'T' runner 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm to be interlocked in such a way that the size of grid shall be 605 mm x 605 mm including 6 mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia , 40 mm long and 4 mm thick Non asbestos fibre board (E-board or V board) designer tiles (Electra) suitably fixed in false ceiling grid/frame with staples or screws complete all as specified and directed.
