M and R to Amravati Water Supply Scheme.Recovery of arrears, water charges, Interest against pending water bills from consumers disconnection of outstanding illegal and Public announcement about recovery of Amravati W.S.S. Sub Division No.1, Amravati

Item No.1:- Providing skilled Manpower for making recovery of outstanding water charges (arrears & interest) from consumers of Amravati Water Supply Scheme including, serving notices to outstanding consumers of Amravati City. After servicing Notices visiting frequently at consumer house for motivating them for making payment of outstanding water charges, includes preparing data of outstanding consumers every day in Excel Sheet and submitting it to Sub division Office daily, giving visit to consumers house and collecting outstanding water charges giving receipt to consumers making all necessary account and submitting the amount and receipts to Sub Division Office every day etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per conditions attached- Skilled Manpower.

Item No.2 :- Temporary disconnection of Consumer connection for recovery purpose from out side by cutting the MDPE Pipe behind the meter, inserting the Wooden plug up to 6 inch into the pipe and then fixing Gl plug, so that the consumer cannot remove it and start the water supply through connection anyhow, checking disconnected connection frequently after 8 days whether it is tampered or not, if it is tampered then informing to Sub Divisional Office for permanently disconnected from pipe, taking photograph after temporary disconnection as mentation above and preserving for further activity as directed by work in charge.

Item No.3 :- Hire charges of Auto Riksha including driver, fuel, loud speaker for announcement of recovery of outstanding water bill payment,, disconnection of illegal connections and Making Banner, Pen-Drive with Recording of Recovery of outstanding bill disconnection of Connection (5 x 4) in various zones of Amravati WSS as directed by engineer in charge.
