| 1.00A.Ticket Complex - Interior Related Works : Providing and fixing wooden paneling to wall surfaces using a framework of wooden battens, securely fixed with special clamps, teakwood plugs, and screws to support 4-inch wide wooden planks. Over this framework, a layer of 19mm thick waterproof plywood conforming to IS:303 BWP grade shall be fixed as per the approved layout and measurements. The exposed surfaces of the panel sides shall be finished with 1.5 mm thick decorative high-pressure acrylic sheet in plain or wood grain finish with gloss, matt, or suede texture, pressed firmly using Hi-per and SR adhesive, with bonding quality conforming to IS:2046 Type S. The acrylic sheet shall have a high-density protective surface layer for durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, 40mm x 15mm teakwood beading shall be provided and fixed neatly along the panel edges and joints to enhance the overall finish and definition of the paneling work. The teakwood beading shall be machine-cut, sanded, and finished in clear or stained polish as per the approved sample. All materials, adhesives, tools, tackles, and skilled labour required for the installation shall be included in the scope. | 2.00Providing and fixing decorative wooden paneling to wall surfaces using a secure framework of wooden battens, anchored with special clamps, teakwood plugs, and screws to hold 4-inch wide wooden planks. Over this framework, a layer of 19mm thick waterproof plywood conforming to IS:303 BWP grade shall be installed as per the approved layout and measurements. Over the plywood, a factory-made 22mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative board with design grooves shall be fixed. The WPC board shall have a plain or wood grain appearance in gloss, matt, or suede finish, and shall be fixed using Fevicol Hi-Per and SR Resin adhesives, ensuring strong and durable bonding. All exposed edges and joints of the paneling shall be finished with 40mm x 15mm teakwood beading, over which a 1.5 mm thick high-pressure decorative acrylic sheet in plain or wood grain finish with gloss, matt, or suede texture shall be pressed and fixed. The acrylic sheet shall have a reverse adhesive bonding surface conforming to IS:2046 Type S, and shall also be bonded using Fevicol Hi-Per and SR Resin adhesives. The scope includes the cost of all materials, adhesives of approved make, labour, tools, and tackles required for complete installation. | 3.00Supplying and fixing solid core flush door shutters made of fire-retardant and waterproof grade material, finished with teak ply on both faces and 35mm thick teakwood lipping provided on all four edges. The front face of the shutter shall be finished with a 22mm thick factory-made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative board featuring grooves or plain/wood grain finish in gloss, matt, or suede texture, with a high-density protective surface layer for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The door frame shall be fabricated using 19mm thick waterproof plywood, provided with necessary jambs and stops, and shall be fixed to the wall using teakwood plugs and screws, ensuring proper alignment and structural stability. The rear face of the door shutter and the entire exposed surface of the door frame shall be finished with a 1.5mm thick decorative acrylic laminate of approved shade and finish (plain/ wood grain, gloss/ matt/ suede). The laminate shall have a protective surface layer and adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046 Type S, and shall be fixed using Fevicol Hi-Per and SR resin-based adhesives or equivalent approved make. The door shall be provided with all required ironmongery, including Heavy-duty stainless steel black-coated “H”-shaped handle (400mm x 22mm), Heavy-duty door closer, Stainless steel hinges, Tower bolts (top and bottom), Door stopper (floor- or wall-mounted). The item includes the cost of all materials, labour, adhesives, fittings, tools, and tackles required for complete fixing, alignment, and finishing. | 4.00Supplying and fixing a 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door made from high-quality clear toughened safety glass, with machine-polished edges, fabricated and installed as per approved size and specifications. The door shall be fixed using heavy-duty top and bottom patch fittings, with a floor spring mechanism installed by cutting the floor to the required depth and refilling using a cement concrete mix of 1:2:4. All necessary hardware accessories such as D-type or ladder-type handles, Heavy-duty floor spring, SS or aluminium patch fittings, Locks and alignment hardware shall be of approved make, corrosion-resistant, and specifically designed for frameless toughened glass doors. All fittings shall be made from stainless steel (SS 304/316) or high-grade aluminium, ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The door shall be installed with uniform clearances on all sides to allow smooth, noise-free operation, and the alignment shall be checked for plumb, level, and square finish. All edges, joints, and interfaces shall be neatly finished and sealed where necessary. The entire assembly shall be tested for operational efficiency, safety, smooth movement, and visual finish prior to handover. | 5.00Supplying and fixing 12mm thick clear toughened glass panels for use as partition walls, fabricated as per approved layout, dimensions, and site conditions. The glass panels shall be of premium quality, precision-cut with machine-polished edges, and free from visual distortions, scratches, or inclusions. Each panel shall be fixed using heavy-duty aluminium I-channels or equivalent profile sections at both the top and bottom ends. These channels shall be securely anchored to the floor and ceiling/walls using approved fasteners and high-performance construction-grade sealants. To ensure durability and shock resistance Rubber gaskets or spacers shall be inserted inside the aluminium channels to prevent direct glass-to-metal contact, minimize vibration, and provide a firm, cushioned grip. All vertical joints between adjacent glass panels shall be filled with high-quality, UV-resistant clear silicone sealant, ensuring a dust-proof, seamless, and vibration-resistant finish. Installation shall be carried out with precise plumb, level, and alignment, maintaining uniform edge gaps and ensuring aesthetic continuity throughout the partition. The final work shall be inspected for alignment, stability, edge integrity, and smoothness of joints, and handed over in perfect, clean, and operational condition. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, tools, fittings, labour, accessories, and handling, and the work shall be executed as per the direction of the Department Engineer. | ||||
