M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n.exc 100mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Scarifying include racking over and grading the broken up surface to the proper camber etc. as required.

M&L for laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber and including for preparing of surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm on surface of WMM / WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH Specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam over primed surface of road using paving bitumen, laid/rolled by 8 to 10 tonne capacity roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix (Design Mix), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS : 73-2006 at a rate of application of 0.30 - 0.40 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH Specification for Road and Bridge Works 2013, using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying 25mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intimate homogeneous mixture of mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS : 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree to 200 degree centigrade laid hot trowelled and floated by means of wooden float bitumen mastic after spreading and while still hot in plastic condition shall spread over with bituminous precoated fine aggregate of size 20mm @ 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per 10 Sqm of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 for anti skidding including all material, labour, tools and plants all as specified and directed as per Design mix IRC 107-2013, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 120mm x 110mm x 50mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 Make of Dark Eye fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:6 rendering on external fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including using with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
