Digging of pit, construction & Fixing of M.S. oil Tank of Size 6'X6'X4’ underground by making proper foundation by CC & making cover in two parts using M.S. Channel 50 X 50 X 5mm MS Angle 50X50X5 mm, M.S. Strip 25X5 mm, M.S. Sieve of size 4mm etc. Complete. Making partition vertically in ratio 1:2 by using vertical frame heavy wire mesh & fibber filters of size 1 mm hole for cleaning the oil.

Repairing/CONSTRUCTION OF PLATEFORM BY 3 INCH THICK PCC IN THE RATIO OF 1:5:10 AND 4 INCH THICK CC IN THE RATIO OF 1:2:4 ALL AROUND THE OIL TANK.

PROVIDING, FABRICATION & FIXING OF MS CHANNEL 100X50 MM ALL AROUND THE PIT AREA. (TOTAL LENGTH APPROX 80 FEET)

PROVIDING, FABRICATION & FIXING OF 4 MM THICK MS PLATE OVER THE CONCRETE AREA ALL AROUND THE TANK & FIXING WITH MS CHANNEL AND TANK BODY BY WELDING AND CUTTING.(APPROX 360 FEET @ 2.8 KG / SQFEET)

Construction of hut type shed over the oil tank pit of size 20' X20' by using 6 nos. RS Joist of size 100:50:5 mm in the column of approximate height of 10' above ground level & 02 no. RS Joist of size 150:75:6 mm of height 12' in the middle for holding the truss and shed. Fabrication & erection of shed by profile sheet and truss by Square pipe of size 3"X3". One RS Joist of size 150:75:6 mm is to be fitted in the middle portion of Hut having length of 20' for holding the electric chain Hoist and Trolley. All vertical supports should be properly grouted in earth by bolts complete in all respect. Two sides of this shed covered by constructing safety wall upto height 1.0 m L-Shape.

Providing & fixing of chain electric hoist of 3.0 M.T. Capacity tested to 25% overload as per I.S. 3938-1983 or latest edition having lift of 6.0 Mtr. With squirrel-cage induction electric motor as per I.S. 325, 2 H.P. , 415 Volts 50 Cycle (±6) Crompton or equivalent make with pendent push button, control of hoisting and lowering motions from ground level and failed-safe electromagnetic Disc-type brakes for total safety as per standard manufactures detailed specification. The contractors have to provide the Trolly arrangement for moving the chin hoist horizontally on the RS joist.

Making Arrangement for cleaning of core assembly by providing high pressure JET pump in pit area with pipe & other accessories

Erection & Grouting of holding supports (RS Joist) is to be properly grouted in earth complete in all respect

Providing & fabrication of MS plate of 10 mm thick size 200X200 mm on the bottom & Top of Vertical RS Joist

Providing & fixing of Stone pad of 6 inch thick size 500X500 mm.

Fabrication & Erection of 150X75X6.5 mm RS Joist structure of size 34'X31' having height of approximately 10' above ground level. The structure is to be made on four columns. All four columns are to be fixed by 13' long 150X75X6.5 RS Joist on 2 & 2 sides by MS Channel sides MS Channel 100X50X6 mm horizontally. One RS Joist is to be fixed on the middle for holding the motorized chain pullly block.

Repairing of floor under the small power T/F maintenance 4" thick PCC in the ratio 1:5:10 & trimax concrete of 4" thick in the ratio of 1:2:4 .

Supply and Installation of Heavy duty Mono Block T/F pump rating 2 HP Single Phase (Crompton or equivalent) for Oil.

Supply and installation of pipe lines using heavy duty C class pipe along with valves and T joint connector, L-bow etc. And dagging of Nail (15cm wide and 30cm deep) on the floor/wall (30cm wide and 15 cm deep) for laying of pipe line and filling the Nail back by CC ratio 1:2 complete jobs.
