Supply, Delivery and storage at site of horizontal Split casing Centrifugal Pumping Machinary and suitable rated IE-3 motor with baseplate, flexible coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolt, companion flanges etc. having the following specification for retrofitting. a) Capacity : 234 m3 / hr. b) Total Head : 83 mtrs. c) MOC-Casing-CI, Impeller-Bronze, Shaft-SS410 (H - Q - P Curve of Pumps has to be submitted during the delivery)

Supply,Delivery and Storage at site 2 mm thickness CRCA Sheet steel enclosed cubical type indoor floor mounted 415 Volt PDB Cum MCC Panel having required feeders viz, 1250 Amp incomer(2 Nos. with Bus Coupler), 120 HP Star Delta Starter, 7.5 HP DOL starter, lighting feeder etc. with PLC operation and GSM Compatibility.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 185 Sq. mm., 3 core, 11 KV (E) Grade XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS 7098 (Part-II).(From VCB to TRANSFORMER).

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 31/2 core 1.1 KV Grade 3 X 300 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS-7098(Part-I). ( For Feeding Power from Transformer secondary to incomer of PDB Cum MCC panel at P/H )

Supply, Delivery and storage at site 3 core 1.1 KV Grade 2 X 95 sq. mm. XLPE insulated Al. Armoured Cable as per IS-7098(Part-I). (For Feeding Power from PDB cum MCC to motor)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of following cable termination kits for Sub-Station.

Outdoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 Core, 185 sq mm 11 KV (E) XLPEA cable.

Indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 Core, 185 sq mm 11 KV (E) XLPEA cable.

Supply, delivery at site and storeage of ladder type cable tray for laying of power cable and G.I Perforated cable tray for laying of control cable at Sub-Station having proper M.S. structural support.

Earthing & lightening protection for Pumping Machineries, PDB Cum MCC Panel, substation installation as per ISS and IE rules.

Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket , rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 11000 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.

Providing M.S. angle & removable 8mm thick chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench in the substation/electrical room after installation of the equipment as per diection of EIC & with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate at the head works.

PART-B (Foundation of Outdoor type Transformer)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) b) In superstructure, ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] i) With 1:4 cement mortar. (a) 10 mm thick plaster.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. With Sand Cement Mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 Kg/Sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/Sq.m. (a) Area of each tile upto 0.09 Sq.m (i) Coloured decorative

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

PART-C

Dismantling of the existing two nos. old and dilapidated 120 HP Pump Motor set including dismantling of the old foundation of this two pump motor set, dismantling of the old PDB Cum MCC panel including disconnection of all the cable lines and carrying of the pump motor set and Panel to site godown be engaging manual labour.

Installation of all items mentioned as in PART A (Sl no 1 to 7 & 9,10 ) including construction of Pump foundations and one no. deprtmental supply 500 KVA out door transformer including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation of Centrifugal Pump, Transformer, PDB CUM MCC Panel including necessary, painting, jointing of cables, Heat shrinkable cable jointing materials, termination by suitable rated sockets, all complete as per relevent Hydraulic standard and IE Rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors, PDB Cum MCC Panel, Transformer etc. as in PART A as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.
