Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, in any type of soil, for laying Water supply pipe lines etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up unserviceable cast iron water mains (including all fittings) of 150mm bore, with spigot and socket/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up unserviceable cast iron water mains (including all fittings) of 100mm bore, with spigot and socket/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, laying and jointing,testing, commissioning of of 150mm bore dia of K-9 class DI ( Ductile Iron) Pipes as per IS 8329 along with cement mortar lining as per specification with rubber gaskets for flexible joints with regular ISI marked, Hydraulic testing as per specifications to specified pressure in stretches of length using pumps which should be able to provide specified test pressure, pressure gauges and other necessary equipment, labour, operation charges etc., required for testing and as per manufacturere'r instructions complete as per detailed specifications , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking up or down galvanised steel tubing of 25mm bore pipe, and connections, any type, including jointing materials and cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, 50mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, 25mm bore, ISI marked including all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, etc, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sluice Valve, cast iron, Class PN 1.6, size 150mm bore pipe, flanged type, conforming to IS: 14846-2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle, brass nuts and iron wheel head including jointing material such as rubber fibre board packing ring and nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for vertical or horizintal fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sluice Valve, cast iron, Class PN 1.6, size 100mm bore pipe, flanged type, conforming to IS: 14846-2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle, brass nuts and iron wheel head including jointing material such as rubber fibre board packing ring and nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for vertical or horizintal fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Non Return Sluice Valve with new Non Return Sluice Valve, Class PN 1.6, size 150mm bore pipe, flanged type, including jointing material such as rubber fibre board packing rings, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Drilling, cutting and tapping CI/ DI/ GI water mains (in position) the existing pipe of 80 to 200mm for branch connections including inserting tee of suitable sizes with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : Cost of Tee of size as directed by Engr-in-Charge shall deem to be included in quoted rates.

Cast/Ductile iron fititngs bend, Spigot, socket pipes (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, size upto 200mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 25mm bore pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairs of valve pit of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimensions) including brick masonry, rendering in 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on internal and external surfaces and white wahsing with two coats of lime wash including painting with two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint to mild steel surfaces of angle iron framed work mild steel sheet with mild steel hinges, handles and suitable locking arrangements, fastening arrangements, nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 2,07,140.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
