M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder i.e. paving bitumen VG-30 @ 9.80Kg/ 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings of 6.3mm size and again well rammed and consolidated with power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on black top surface of road complete all as specified.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated spoil exceeding 250 metre but n exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri, spread and laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all specified and directed. Note:- (i) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (ii) Rolling/ compaction shall be done by vibromax roller only.

M&L for Hardcore of guage n exc 63mm of broken stone aggregate, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber mould reflective factory made coloured pre cast PCC interlocking paver blocks/ tiles confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 designation of section as approved by GE in hard standing, laid dry over & including 50mm thick sand cushion and filling the voids of paver blocks/tiles with dry sand complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix, in repair, CAT EYE/ RAISED PAVEMENT MARKER/ ROAD STUDS designed to provide enhanced, dependable road guidance to motorists in bad weather conditions, made out of strong ABS moulded body, double shank with polycarbonate/ PMMA (Acrylic) micro prismatic reflectors ultrasonically welded on the moulded ABS body for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with Epoxy- Resin based adhesive or Special Hot Melt Bitumen adhesive avoiding nails etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: 3M 290 Series of Road Star or equivalent Model of make- Dark Eye or Green Lite or Sun Lite as approved by GE.

Supply & Fix, in repair, 100% waterproof solar delineator (as per IRC 79-1981) Metal, rectangular delineator, made out of 100mm X 25 mm cross section MS pipe, 1.6 mm thick, length 900mm from GL (total length =1100mm) duly stove enameled painted with three prismatic grade retro reflective sheet bands of red/white colour. Total height of bands shall not be less than 150 mm. The reflective bands shall be protected with a cage of MS welded zinc plated 12 gauge wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- 3M or equivalent in, Disha Steel Fab, Pioneer Plastic, Vinay Enterprises as approved by GE)

M & L for factory made precast cement concrete blocks made of 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone, chamfered complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter,symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects including excavation and earthwork for post holes and PCC etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking having minimum 2.5mm average thickness with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Make of Road Marker Paint/ Compound:- Asian or Thermoline as approved by AGE(I). Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by AGE(I). (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by AGE(I).
