Construction of Solar Operated Pump Dug-Well (PDW 5nos.) Cluster at Mouza-Barghata

Dug Well : Digging earth in any soil including mixed soil but excluding moorum, literate, sand stone or any other hard stone including spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed baling out water upto 1 m. depth, shoring etc. when and if required and back filling with fine sand (including cost of sand) on completion of steining works. 4.8 metre diameter of digging for 3.6 metre internal diameter of well. a) Upto 3 m. below G.L.

b) Beyond 3 m upto 6 m. below G.L.

c) Beyond 6 m upto 9 m. below G.L.

d) Beyond 9 m. upto 12 metre below G.L.

Extra rock cutting over the corresponding rate for digging for the respective internal diameter of the well will be allowed on the different stage of depth. 5% extra for cutting moorum. 1 m. to 3 m. below G.L.

100 % extra inlaterite rock or sand stone cutting with chisel and jumpers, but not requring blasting. a) 3 m to 6 m below G.L.

b) 6 m to 8 m below G.L.

300% extra for cutting rock in built up areas using chisel, jamper and manual labour. a) 8 m upto 9 m below G.L.

b) 9 m upto 12 m below G.L.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water and ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor).

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips(20mm & 10 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relavent IS codes. i) Pakur variety.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4)with graded stone chips(20mm & 10 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relavent IS codes. i) Pakur variety.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (i) Sail/ TATA/RINL

First class brick work for steining wall of well in cement mortar 1:4 below ground level including cutting bricks if required. 0 metre to 6 metre depth.

Beyond 6 m upto 9 m depth below G.L.

Beyond 9 m upto 12 m depth below G.L.

Brick work with first class bricks in cement mortar (1 : 4) (a) In foundation and plinth. Above G.L.

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) .

M.S. Or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continously welded with M.S.W.I Flats and Bars of window raling etc fitted and fixed with necessary screw and lugs in ground floor(att extra @ 1% for each addl. Floor up to 4th floor and @ 1.25% for each addl floor above 4th floor) (i) Grill weighing above 10kg / sq mtr and up to 16 kg/ sq mtr.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary ( ground floor) [ excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar, 20 mm thick.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick wall, dado floor drain etc complete.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications. Inside well from top to bottom = 40 Nos.

Painting block letters or digits in Black Japan or any approved paint as per direction. Size above 2.5 cm. and upto 4 cm.

Size above 5 cm. and upto 7.5 cm

Module Mounting Structure ( For 2HP, 3HP and 5HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply , transportation & installation of G.I manual tracking structure made of MS hollow sections, pipes, plates, angles etc as per IS:4923, IS 1161/1239, 1079/2062, to hold min 300 Wp SPV Module as per drawing and technical specification. The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation(hot dip) and provided with fixed arrangement or dual axis manual tracking arrangement three times in a day and seasonal tilting to face the sun optimally. The approximate weight of the Module Mounting Structure given in clause no. 5.1 should be followed. Fixed Structure (255 Kg- For 4 module structure)

Foundation of Module Mounting Structure: Suitable and stable Reinforced Cement Concrete foundation for dual axis manual tracking SPV Module structure as per approved drawing.a) For 4 module structure.

Cable and Accessories : Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HDPE conduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. i. 4.0 Sq mm single core multi studs - 5 Mtrs (FOR 1HP/2HP/3HP & 20m(for 5/7.5/10/15/17.5/20HP ii. Lugs, HDPE Pipe, Flexible Pipe, Saddle, Cable tie etc a) For 1HP/2HP/3HP per structure

Earthing: Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Lighting System at Scheme: (with lighting Pole) : Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4 mts height above ground level with hot dip galvanised 80 mm x 50 mm medium duty pipe ,with 12 V, 15Ah 2-in-1 Lithium ion/ Ferro- Phosphate battery with in-built 7-11 watt LED lamp , 50 Wp solar panel (min.19%Eff.) to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5years from the date of installation.

Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 1.5" G.I pipe of (4+ 0.75) mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts,double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/thimbles and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. including connection to earth electrodes with 25 X 6mm G.I strip. (Provision of one lightning protection for each scheme as per drawing)

Supply and installation of 3 phase electromotor pump-motor set with speed of 3000rpm(syncronous speed)suitable for applications and shall have 60months guarantee for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc.:- ( Refer technical specification for more detail) ii) 2 HP 3 phase AC Open well submersible pump set with external part made of stainless steel of grade 304 or higher as per IS 6911 and IS 3444 for PDW with discharge of 5.0-6.0 Lps at 16 mts total head with, required quantity of flexible delivery pipe (20m), clamps, cable and all other accessories to complete connection of suction and delivery side. The pump motor should be tested as per IS 14220:2018 (first revision)

Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work

Comprehensive maintenance charges for 5 years (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time) a) For 2 HP both for Submersible & surface pump. Note:1 Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Securirty Deposit . Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs 0.80 for 2 HP, ii) Rs.0.80 for 3 HP, iii) Rs.0.60 for 5 HP/7.5HP/10HP/15HP/17.5HP and 20HP Submersible & Surface per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e.at the end of 1st.year, 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year. In case the “Bidder” does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited

Campaigning in the command area of clustered PDW (5 nos) Sub-Projects by community workers for mass awareness, capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-Projects. Cost include wage payment to community workers, transportation, leaflet etc.

Meeting cost of WUA formation cost including Refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charges. PDW (6 nos)

Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act(Society) deed writing including registration charge, conveyance cost & opening of Bank A/C etc.

Livelihood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge (rate on meeting).

Meeting and onside demonstration for operation & maintenance of scheme, water management and made of collection of water tax building of corpus fund etc.

IEC Materials (leaflet, poster, notebook)= 8meetings for Sl-2 and Sl-4.

Documentation Cost for activities of WUA scheme- by still photography, report booklet etc. in both hard and soft copy.

Impact study and monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years’ period.
