Vessel Outside & Inside Surface are to be Chipped, Scraped & Cleaned.

Inside Bottom plate, side shell inside & outside Partition Bulkheads, T Plate, Passenger waiting area & Engine room floor plate, Forepeak deck plate inside & outside aft raised deck inside & outside are to be painted be one coat Primer 01 coat finish.

Rewriting of vessel name and instruction lettering.

Inside Girder, Floors, Angle framings, side shell frames, deck beams etc. are to be painted by 01 Coat Primer & 01 Coat Finish.

Super Structure i.e. Wheel House, Awing Structure, Monkey Island, Railing etc. are to be painted by 01 Coat Primer & 01 Coat Finish.

The wheel house old damaged wooden frame was removed, and wheel house Door renewed by steel door with necessary locking arrangement. 1660 X 610 X 3.15 MM X 2 Nos. = (50.14 Kgs.) & Wheel House door Flate Bar 8220 x 40 x 6 mm x 2 Nos. = (31.01 Kgs.)

Engine Room Bilge Suction & Engine Cooling Pipe lines with valves dismantled, Cleaned & fitted back with new joints & fasteners. Mud box Cleaning.

Main Engine Fuel Tank to be cleaned & back with new joints, Associated pipe lines also to be cleaned.

50 m Railing pipes & Awning pipes damaged & dented portions fairing & refitting.

Missing Floor plates 126mm x 1250mm x 5mm to be renewed – 1 no.

Semi Rotary hand pump S one for Fore peak and one for passenger accommodation area dismantled & over hauled.

Passenger accommodation area Bilge suction pipe line renewal with 3 m (25 NB), Flange – 6 Pcs, 01 Non return valve & 01 Foot valve.

Fuel line Rudder House Renewed.

Port &Stbd Engine & Gear Box Servicing.
