Spray Painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery paper to remove oil strains, dust etc and applying two coat of heat resistance paint(smoke gray) by spray paint incl writing SM/MES no and capacity of transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :Cost of Arrangements of spray machine shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS No : 335-1993 low viscosity type having dielectric strength of 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap for toping up complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Castrol, Power oil, gulf, savita as approved by GE)
