Supplying and Filling with M sand for foundation and basement including cost of M sand, labour for filling, watering, and well ramming with all lead, lift etc., complete.

Laying plain cement concrete M10 mix using 220kg min.cement content using 40mm HBS for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour for laying concrete etc. by using OPC cement 53 grade and M sand.

Laying RCC in M25 design mix using 12mm to 20mm down graded metal and 400Kg/m3 minimum cement content for various types of work for grade beam, column, footing and column Below G. L., etc., by using OPC cement 53 grade and M sand, complete. (excluding reinforcement)

Supply, fabrication and placing in position of steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position of PCC M15 mix 240kg min using 3 to 10 mm HBG including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, by using OPC cement 53 grade and M sand. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Masonry in cm 1:6. using II nd class chamber burnt bricks including cost of all required materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as per std specification and direction by using OPC cement 53 grade and M sand.

Plastering in C.M. 1: 5, 12mm thick, with cement mortar including cost of all materials, surfaces, scaffolding, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete as per the std. specification and direction by using OPC cement 53 grade and M sand.

Outside Wall paint two coats with best quality plastic emulsion of approved colour over a primer coat and putty over cement plastered surface including cost of all materials, leads, lifts, labour, scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing and Fixing G.I Chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

Paving the floor with best quality ceramic Tiles of size 305x305x8 mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M sand) using OPC 53 grade cement and M sand 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing to walls with colour designed glazed tiles of size 300 x200 x 6mm of 1st quality laid in CM 1:2: 12mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/m2 including finishing of joint and pointing flush with tile surface etc complete. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete using OPC 53 grade cement and M sand.
