Addition and alteration to HT 22 KV Cable of MRF SS to SS K at Brahmos site and relaying at nearby site at Tunir area at Naval Station Karanja

M & L in repair for Heat Shrinkable straight through jointing kit with all necessary jointing material suitable for HT 22 KV XLPE 3 core 95/120 sqmm aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Make- Raychem/ XICON/ M-Seal/Denson

Supply, laying in repairs, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/STR with suitable size of GI clamp made out of GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm, XLPE HT insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 120sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS (ISI marked cable) testing, commissionong along with HT cable route indicator complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Taking out carefully cable covers & HTcable from excavtaed trench/duct/pole of size 120 sqmm 3 core

Relaying of HT cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core in trench/duct/pipe obtained from ser item no 3

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in hard/dense soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay sand cushioning to under ground HT cable complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover laid width wise factory made, class EHV type 1 with peak size 450 mm x 230 mm x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.
