Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. and M& L for Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3, mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer

Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead (Note : Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow viscocity 900mPas, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of ˃3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa's, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2.

M&L Cement plastering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on surface of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strip of size 30 cm x 30 cm by complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPCshall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of reinforced loose/disintegrated portion of RCC chajja, beam,Balcony , slab ,lintel in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel 8- 10 mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab,Chajja, floor slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 20cm thick (horizontal or slopping) for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing chicken wire mesh in RCC chajjas, balcony or other similar items all as specified and directed.

M&L Dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular face of walls in cement plaster 1:4 for RCC Chajjas, balconies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 using 12.5 graded stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, Chajjas, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B', old size bricks, designation 100, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sr item no 11 but using old bricks obtained from item no 1, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPCshall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement plastering 10mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 5mm thick in cemeent mortar 1:3 on ceiling or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls using sand paper and applying two coats of cement based paint over coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade)Old/New surface @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer incl acrylick thick wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5mm thick (JK /Birla wall care putty) complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) surface @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion over and including 1.5 to 2.5mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing by mechanical means old treated surfaces of walls / soffits and preparation of removed surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including filling of holes if any with putty complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surface surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion over and including 1.5 to 2.5mm thick Birla/ JK wall care putty incl compolete removal of existing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC(SWR) rain water pipes, 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified including fixing of pipe to wall with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, bolts washing, nuts etc as in repairs after taking down existing damaged CI rain water pipe including P or S Tees traps complete all as specified and as directed

S & F PVC (SWR) bends/tees of any radius for 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Doubled layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top / cover) 500 Ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including PTMT valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe and including GI nipple/union of 20mm bore to connect GI tubing to PVC tank including taking down old tank of any type and size complete fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning the roof surfaces with water including flashings and junction of parapets complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness whether full thickness removed or part thereof including plaster & leaping complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching over laps with a propane or abutan gas torch with a over lap of 75 mm at the side and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminious primer all as per manufacturers instructions incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

Precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. on 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in roof curve, benching, mud stops, steps, coping and the like items slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbetos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet in roof covering including ‘J’ or ‘L’hooks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed. Note : Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions.

S&F Mild steel framed work such as ,(Fe 290 (Gde-E-165 for balcony, chajja,grills ,guard bar, grating, walk ways, railing, trussed, purlins, round pipe, square bar , crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed. Note : Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/floors , 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints, filled with polyurethane elastic adhesive/sealant (white/grey colour-sikaflex) of approx density 1.30kg/litre and form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 15mm in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in su base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore complete all as directed and specified.

Steel water tubing medium grade 15mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial No 48 here in before but except water tubing (Old serviceable tubing as retrieved vide item above shall be reused under this item)

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore complete all as directed and specified.

Steel water tubing medium grade 20mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20mm bore GI steel water tubing medium grade fixed to walls complete all as specified.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement plaster 1:1/2:2(1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as specified and directed.
